This place is beautiful, peaceful, and clean! While we initially had an issue with a 3rd party booking, the staff made up for it immediately by upgrading our room to a river view with balcony and fireplace. Yes, there were a few minor complications (WiFi connection to the TV didn't work at first, the coffee maker kept spazzing out, and the maid kept forgetting to clean our room despite requests) however, those things were fixed quickly or handled immediately. The world is has lost its patience and expects everything to be perfect or all hell breaks loose, but if you approach things calmly, and just breathe, everything becomes okay in the end. I'd highly recommend this place. Their restaurant has equally excellent service and delicious food at a reasonable price for atmosphere, quality and quantity. We'll be staying again the next time we want a staycation! Please, as a traveler, remember nothing is life or death over the smallest issues, and enjoy yourselves wherever you may end up! 5 out of 5!!

This hotel is nice and spacious, with convenient parking. One area that could be improved is towel availability around the pool and gym. After 9:00 pm, there were no clean towels at the hot tub, and the next morning some used towels were still left in the pool and locker room areas. After contacting staff, only three clean towels were provided at the pool. Our room was on the first floor, and some noise from footsteps above could be heard.
