Checked in with a snippity man that at the first sign of questioning said " you can leave if you want" these people will not serve people of color. THey are racist

Alison the Hotel General Manager is amazing and her staff gave us excellent service and our room was very clean, we will definitely be back

I had a great stay here. Here is a better analysis: A. Pros: - Not far from downtown/union station. - Within few mins of waling from convention center tram station. For commuting to/from/in downtown, I recommend taking TRIMET adult pass ($5/day/person) - Property was clean, with sanitizers in the lobby area - Room was spacious and clean - Hotel priced reasonably - Though parking is expensive at the hotel, I parked near 298 NE Lioyd Blvd (<10 min walking from hotel) with ~$11/day. B. Cons: - Parking is not included, you have to pay few tens of bucks to park at the hotel. However, if you are smart enough you can find really cheap parking nearby. - Microwave is not included in the room. This should be updated on the Orbitz website. Orbiyz staff can confirm this with the hotel too. We had to use the Microwave in the lobby area, which I personally didn't like due to COVID situation. C. Some additional stuff suggested for the hotel: - Put hand sanitizers in the hallways of each floor. - Put microwaves in the room or update the website accordingly.

All needs were met and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful and made my trip an overall seamlessly enjoyable getaway.

Reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the lounge environment after the Trailblazers game. We will definitely book here again.

Great location for events and dinning. Nice place, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I loved the room and how spacious it was. And I loved the outside sitting area with the fire pit

It is ok, breakfast not included and too expensive if you want it. No parking for yourself in the hotel, you have to pay $29 for valet parking. In the other hand we did a reservation for 3, couple and a child, and the child had to sleep in a sofa with a thin mattress, disaster, uncomfortable. Room too small. Was ok, but if I need to go to Portland again I will go to other hotel.

Very close to the convention center and songokd restaurants are in the area. Great public transit is a super way to get around Portland.

They are always great and very helpful. Stayed many times and would stay many more!

Great location and service. Kawika checked me in and was excellent.
