Great place to stay! Nice people, good size rooms and convenient locations. If you want a relaxing stay then go for the courtyard Marriot! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip out to Portland.

Very friendly staffs, room is clean. I'm very enjoy my weekend here.

Quiet mostly comfortable room. Excellent bed -- very comfortable. 2 minor issues -- problems with buy up wi-fi (caused by check-in clerk) which cost me some work production and the couch was old and uncomfortable.

I would recommend this hotel. We had an early flight, and were able to check our bags in early before a room was ready. We were traveling with a toddler, and around noon, it was apparent that it was nap time. We checked to see if there was a room available again since we were still early, and the staff said there wasn't one available in the computer, but they called to house keeping and house keeping confirmed a room was ready. They set us up quickly and were completely kind about it. We were prepared to just lounge in the waiting room with the kid as the kid wasn't fussy, just sleepy. The staff continued to be great the whole stay, even interacting with our kid as we came and went. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the Roger Waters concert at the Moda Center which was within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently located along MLK which made it easy to get to from our home in Scappoose. We arrived and were greeted by valet staff who told us it was $25 to valet park and that there was no official parking lot for the hotel but there was street parking if we could find it. I opted for the valet parking as street side parking was full near the hotel and I wasn't comfortable with leaving my car 2 or 3 blocks down the road. We checked in easily with a staff person who was incredibly friendly and fast. Our room was located on the second floor only a little down the hallway from the elevators which made it easy to find. The room was comfortable and clean. Very tidy, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room. We were very pleased with our experience!

Good place to stay. Didn't spend a lot of time there other then sleeping.

Staff was friendly, helpful and professional from check in to departure. Room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Portland.

This place had everything we needed. The check-in was fast and easy, the staff were extra helpful and hospitable, house keeping kept everything nice and clean during my stay, umbrellas were available for use during the rainy weekend I was there, I was able to quickly print out my boarding pass when I checked out which was very convenient as I was running late to the airport, Wi-Fi was fast and free, room service from The BLVD was yummy and the bar was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Portland!

Second time staying at this hotel. Great location. Great value. Would stay here again.

Room service almost like magic, it happened but you didn't know how or when. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I was greeted at the front desk by quite a rude gentleman who swiped my card without going over the price. There was an extra 20 dollar fee that wasn't gone over at all on the website. The room and the view of Wendy's was not worth the large price I paid for this hotel room. There was trash on the floor, the walls in the bathroom were dirty and scuffed, the floor in the entry of the room was wet, and the sink was loud enough to wake everyone up in the room when you turned it on. The ONLY good thing about this room was that the beds were comfortable and had a ton of pillows. I seriously think the photos on this site are extremely misleading and out of date. I could have gone to the Hotel Eastlund where a relative of mine stayed on the same trip, for nearly the same price, and actually had a stay worth the price tag. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I could get the same quality of room staying down the street at the motel 6 for a third of the price. I expected more.

Close to the public transportation, and makes it easier to travel all through downtown Portland.

Outstanding customer service from everyone we encountered. We used the shuttle to get to and from the pearl district which was very convenient.

Nice hotel, but the bathrooms and AC are starting to be dated...

Good hotel. Older hotel. Small bathroom. Very nice bar and food. Staff was very friendly.

Perfect location and staff was über friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff all around. Bar and restaurant available in hotel. Some restaurants within walking distance.

We visited the hotel for a birthday trip to Portland. The location was awesome, easy access to downtown. The only complaint we had was the parking situation. Unless you paid to valet you had to find somewhere on the street, which had certain times where parking was allowed.

We spent the night of our 10 year wedding anniversary, hotel is close to many atractions, room was super clean, people were super nice and friendly. Restaurant onsite is really good and reasonable price I will definitely come back!!!!

Conveniently located. Super friendly staff, especially the valets. Terrific work even in the most terrible weather conditions. Thank you!
