Overall this property was pretty nice, but not nearly as nice as other Oxford

Great staff, clean property. Well lit. Lots of parking.

Clean comfortable breakfast very nice. Kitchen staff very friendly

The fact that the property stated it has a pool, spa, and sauna.. Then we get there and check in, get all settled to come down to sit in the hot tub, to find out that the hot tub (spa) and the sauna does not work.. I spoke with employees, and they just shrugged me off and ignored me. The employees also gave several of us guests different days it would be repaired. Then for my room I was surrounded by families with young kids, and the parents allowed them to run, and scream down the hallways, and in the elevators. I complained to the employee at the front desk and she just basically ignored anything I said. Her reply was we might be able to move you, but we are pretty full, so yea.... well I asked her or someone speak with the kids parents, but nothing was done. So no rest at all for me or the two with me. I was very disappointed since this place came highly recommended. NOT worth the headache... The manager did give me a partial refund for what I have been through, if it actually comes through is the question.

Good location, hotel had a pool with cold dirty water, jacuzzi was out of service, sauna was out of service so we could not enjoy any of hotels amenities. Pool and sauna was one of the reasons why we choose this hotel knowing they do not work in advance we would book different hotel

I had reservations for the Red Lion across the street but changed when I realized there was an Oxford across the straight. This Oxford was older and not the same standard as other Oxfords that I have visited. Negative: The pool was horrible. The hallway leading up to the pool was drenched with pool water and people were holding onto the walls to get to the pool without slipping. A serious safety hazard. The sauna and hot tub were not operating - would have been good to know that in advance. The small bean shaped pool had 25 people in it and seemed like 10 people too many. For a hotel of this size there needs to be at least another pool in the property. The rooms were standard. The linens were on the rougher side and bathrooms were small with no fan. Positive: the staff was friendly and kind which is most important. There were warm cookies on arrival which my kids loved along with the hot chocolate. The welcome reception was standard salad, chips and soup which is always a nice touch. Loved the drink tickets for beer or wine. I would give the hotel a 2 out of 5 due to the pool/sauna/hot tub experience. Had those been working and appropriate for the number of guests visiting then I would bump my score to a 3.5 out of 5. I would call before making a reservation to see if things are operating as advertised.

Location is great. Everything else was very good.

It was over all an okay experience. It is what you would expect in a hotel with limited service, free WiFi, free breakfast, and a pool.

The shower didn’t work. Because the front desk was understaffed, I had to retrieve the key to a new room myself and wait in line. That key didn’t work, so I had to call again and wait for front desk to bring it up. Very inconvenient.

Enjoyed the stay every time in the Portland OR area and stayed 2nd time.

Love the breakfast in the morning. Plus a nice dog park and friendly staff.

Really nice place with a wonderful reception including soup & salad & beverage. The breakfast was a great buffet. Every staff member we met was warm & welcoming.

Very nice hotel. Stayed three days and slept sound.

Stopped for the night, overall good stay. Front desk was helpful, room was clean, on sight security for parking lot and free drinks and breakfast with room.

Nice hotel close to stores & restaurants, plus easy access to the highway.
