Really cool vibe. The beds were super comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Loved the large soaking tub. Only real con is the soundproofing isn't great. Could easily hear my next door neighbors talking.

The room was comfortable with amazing windows (even in the bathroom!). The neighbourhood was great, with the hotel at walking distance to Whole Foods and Patagonia, etc. I was traveling for a conference and found the location very convenient. The gym was also nice. A bit small (and I was missing my kettlebells) but the equipment was in great condition. I particularly liked the elliptical. I would strongly recommend and hope that I can also return!

The customer service was amazing, the building is so beautiful and the beds are comfortable. A few upgrades would take the comfort and amenities to the next level. Updated TV’s or at the very least, updated clocks that have usb outlets to stream from cell phones. All the room amenities are rather outdated.

My only complaint is the hotel seems understaffed.- we waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in (the lobby was empty and employee no where to be found), and 15 minutes to get a coffee served in the restaurant (we ended up canceling the order and leaving).
