There was a stray hair under the pillow in my room when I arrived and the coffee table was dirty. I asked to switch to a clean room and was moved down the hall to a room with a dirty toilet. Unacceptable!! Do not stay here if you value cleanliness
Beautiful but small room. Room could use a desk or writing space. No coffee in room but good stuff downstairs. They did have an in-room steamer! found a few bugs in my bathroom and spider on floor. Cafe floor could use a good sweep. Loved the friendly service. A few signs if Wi-Fi was available, hours for various services would help. Couldn’t recall all that was told to me upon check in. Cute and good speakeasy and restaurant. Restaurant had good portion size.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the coffee shop in the lobby served great coffee. The worst thing about this property is a massive construction site across the street. The work began at the site by five every morning that we were there. Also, every time we needed to get our car from the valet service it took at least forty minutes of waiting to get it. Finally, we had several small housekeeping issues that needed taken care of and we had to make multiple requests before they were addressed.

The design is beautiful. Thoughtful and very on trend. Rooms are a bit cramped and the walls are a little thin. But overall I would definitely stay there again.
