Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel

Checking in was good, friendly. The room appeared clean, however they wanted a $3,00 charge for a bottle of water sitting in the room. The beds were hard & uncomfortable. Room service stopped at 10:00 because of the remodel, so we had to venture out to find something to eat. Very little choice at 10:00 at night in the area. Worst part was a fire and health hazard - tried to plug something into the wall. The socket pulled out of the wall and started sparking. Their contractor messed up that one. Shorted out the lights and electrical. Needed to plug in my machine for medical purposes so we waited untiil 1:30 am for them to bring an extension cord. We were credited some off our room in the morning, but I would not recommend taking the chance until they can assure everything is working correctly.

I never had a barking dog down the hall before. I was shocked that a dog (not a service dog) would be allowed in a Sheraton hotel The shuttle service to the airport was wonderful. The commode in my bathroom could use a good scrub!

No Sky cap to help w/ luggage. No wherlchair Ice machine out of order Mattresses very cheap uncomfortable Sheets thin & don't fit mattress

Hotel is going through a remodel so Im sure the condition will be restored and also be more comfortable! But the reason to stay here is the staff, the whole staff! True smiles, a helpful and sincere attitude. Thanks!

No hot water for shower or anything else. Very discouraging when you look forward to a hot shower.

Very nice hotel. Very convenient by the airport.

everything was fine. nice desk staff. clean room. we didn't use other parts of the hotel. nice sleep, early shuttle ride. scheduled departure from pdx was at 0605.

Dirty rooms, old hotel, unacceptable- we asked to get a refund and the manager would not refund so we can go to another hotel very frustrating

This is an older hotel in desperate need of some updating. It is an average 2 star hotel. It is nice that they accommodate pets but the first room they put us in had 9 different stains in the carpet and didn't smell very good. They did move is to a room without stains, and it smelled ok, but it was much smaller. Overall an ok hotel, just priced pretty high for what you get.

linens for bed and towels are nice. half the tv channels (the ones listed as available) do not work. very small room.

The room was broken-down. The bathroom's dark. The curtains don't work. Bedside light is out, which I reported but no new bulb ever showed up. Temperature control in the room is unbearably loud and ineffective. Never again.

We were just staying for one night, we went to eugene and we had to catch a flight the next day so just for one day and night but the hotel was awesome, extra clean, near the airport and very comfortable.

Nice hotel, but a bit on the pricey side. Staff was nice, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that I had a nice room with a king size bed that happened to be next to the laundry facility. I could hear the washers going while I was sitting across the room. I didn’t mind the planes flying overhead, that didn’t bother me…..but an unbalanced washer is no fun.

The staff there were all very nice, but the room itself was very outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom faucets were rusty. For the price, I think I could expect a newer room.

I went with my gf just for one night just to get to the airport and it was all good!

I went with my gf who is a former U of O student, this hotel cant be better!!!

This hotel was $100 more than any other hotel in the area. I decided to get it anyways thinking it was the best. Upon checking in, they forgot to mention I needed a parking pass, requiring an extra trip to my car. There was also someone's left over food in my fridge. While the website said 24-hour room service, there was no room service menu. Overall disappointed. I would have had the same or maybe better service at a cheaper hotel.

The staff were very friendly and our dining room experince was excellent

Fairly nice and clean hotel. The pool area was quite nice and the salt water pool was a nice surprise. The hot tub was closed the first night we stayed however and the clorine was very strong the next night. The only drawback we had was you could hear real clearly everything spoken in the hallways- like they were in your room. Overall it was a nice stay.

My first Sheraton experience and it was a good one. Very friendly staff the rooms are clean an nicely appointed and my boys always love an indoor pool. Starbucks coffee served was a plus for my wife too. Obviously an older hotel that has been updated by other than that it was a nice stay.
