Residence Inn by Marriott Portland North

Decent hotel, convenient access to Portland(with a car), for not being downtown , basics were clean, but cleaning staff definitely cuts corners, lot of road noise, even with the windows closed, but overall would recommend it.

We have stayed at this Residence Inn before however this time things were not running smoothly. Our room was not cleaned for two days and we needed to call when we returned to the room at 6:30 one night and ask them to pick up our trash and recycling (which they eventually did that night). Our room key stopped working every day so we needed to go to the front desk and have them re-set it. The printer in the business office wasn't working and apparently only needed toner. It was a disappointing stay.

the hotel was in a great location we had a nice couple time away in Portland. Thank you

Good Location, clean, really good breakfast. Great if staying multiple days (full kitchen).

good room, comfortable beds, could not connect to wifi because of weak signal, had to wait 15 min for scrambled eggs, excellant shuttle service, close to show center and eateries (access by shuttle)

I stay here several times a year when visiting family in the St. John's area. It is always comfortable and enjoyable, and I appreciate their excellent breakfasts!

Stay at hotel was very good, room was clean, free breakfast very good. A family hotel with many young children. Staff very accomadating.

The Shuttle service to/from the airport was convenient and the free breakfast was very good and helpful since there weren't any restaurants close by. The location was a bit far from the downtown area but the metro was convenient to get to via free shuttle from the hotel.Free Internet was convenient also.

convenient to airport,my daughter in Portland, kid friendly, great when traveling with family

The room was quite nice newly renovated stainless steel appliances, granite counter top. Three free dinners a week with a happy hour with free wine and beer. I never got to take advantage of the breakfest because of my schedule. It would be nice to have a hotel that offers an apple or a bananna prior to 5am. My room was quite noisy because the basketball court was outside my bedroom window and everytime someone leaves there room you can feel there door slam. The staff is superb! Very knowledgable and extremely professional which is a huge step up from some others hotels I have stayed at. All around I would defidently stay there again but next time for pleasure!

We enjoyed our stay at this Residence Inn location. The entire hotel was very clean and our suite was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful and the daily breakfast was great! There were many food and beverage options to choose from and all was well prepared and fresh. We also liked the design of the suite, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the living area and kitchen. We were traveling with family and this set up gave everyone private space and also gave us a place to visit together. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

The Marriott Residence Inn was in a great area that was central to the family locations that we were to visit. The hotel was so very clean and bright. The building was so very quiet even with the traffic outside. The room was so spacious and the layout was very comfortable. We had many people to visit in a very short time and the location of the hotel allowed us time to rest between visits. The breakfast and afternoon snack times were incredible! We really loved our stay!
