Gym was good. Shuttle service was excellent!

So noisy room from planes to guy next door snoring! Will not stay here again

Fantastic friendly people work at Embassy.

Everyone was really nice and even fun! My kids and I were tired from a full day of travel and at almost midnight the shuttle driver and front desk staff were quick about getting us to our hotel and room which I really appreciate. The breakfast was awesome, we had an everything omelette and pancakes. A prefect start to another travel day!

We decided to stay at the Embassy suites because they provided shuttle transportation to the airport which was our decided factor. The hotel itself was very nice. Our room had a view of Mt. Hood which was awesome and the room was very spacious. Happy hour was from 5:30-6:30. We did have dinner at the hotel restaurant, food was decent. Would definitely stay here again.

These guys are awesome!! So friendly, polite, and helpful. The pool was cool and refreshing but not cold. The breakfast was full and delicious. The rooms are large, clean, and comfy. The waterfall and streams with fishies in the lobby were fun, and they even let the kids feed the fishies. The water noise made for a great hotel ambiance. The airplane views from the side were really neat, and you could hear them landing and taking off so you could look out the window in time, but they weren't annoying and obnoxious. This is a place id be happy to stay again.

I was double charged. Neither the hotel or Orbitz is willing to fix the error. I would highly recommend using a different service than Orbitz and staying at a different hotel all together. What a joke!

Didn’t like that I had to pay for parking

Room had an odor! Wasnt clean and the furniture was in bad shape! Sofa and chair you sit and would sink! Very worn! Have always preferred embassy suites wherever we go this was a horrible experience! We felt itchy during and after our stay! Couldnt pay me to stay here again!!

This should really be called a pet motel where they allow people. The carpets were dirty in the room. On the second night we were there, two pitbulls got out of their room, owners could not be found, and in the middle of the night started barking and roaming the third floor. Many guests were awoken and on the decks because we couldn’t sleep. The police were called and finally they subdued the dogs. The barking and aggressive behavior only made all the other dogs in the building wake up. It was a zoo. The hotel did not compensate us for that night, even though we were there 3 nights. Aweful. Just aweful. If you have a pet, go there. You’ll have lots of company.

This place is very beautiful and peaceful

Shuttle service

staff were very welcoming. This was my first time staying at the embassy suites and I enjoyed my stay here.

It was the perfect spot for a Portland overnight layover!

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Ample parking. Would stay again.

I’m a big fan of Embassy suites. I try to stay at they every chance I get.

We always stay at Embassy Suites. They had good covid measures in place and we felt safe. The beds as usual were very comfy. We were in Portland for a wedding so we weren’t at the hotel a lot but it was a good stay.

The younger gal that checked us in at the front desk was super helpful and polite. Mary (also front desk) kept on giving us a hard time. I had to go downstairs 3 times for her to "activate" my card to at the end say "any room service personnel" can open the room for you. She didn't give us our complimentary water bottles and while "helping me" either.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. Upon check-in a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. The balance of this authorization is released upon your departure. I’m sorry that this was not effectively communicated and for any frustration caused. Again, on behalf of the staff and management - I offer our apologies. Sincerely, Matt Dalrymple General Manager
