We chose this hotel as they advertised extended parking for a fee in addition to their airport shuttle. We even called ahead of time to confirm and were told we could purchase a 7-day parking reservation. However, once we arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed us that extended parking is only available if you book it concurrently with your reservation. There is NO way to purchase it after the fact, and this is not disclosed when you’re booking. In addition, walls are thin and you hear all footsteps/noise of your neighbors. A stressful and disappointing stay.
The property was very good, breakfast was good, my only downside was that we had to pay for parking.
Tru is a great olace to stay because it is so close to the airport and clean, with friendly staff.
This hotel has been built of incredibly shoddy materials in the last few years. While the Aloft group concept was innovative and “fun” for the guest, the exercise of the Hilton “Tru” group seems to be all about maximizing the last dollar possible into the pocket of Hilton. Minuscule room size, paper thin walls, up-charging for even driving onto their parking lot, and poor service, left me having experienced the worst hotel stay I’ve had in years.
The plumbing in the shower was loose and almost about to come out of the wall. The floors were sticky as if they had not been rinsed of a cleaning product. When I reported it to the reception desk staff, they made note of it in some calendar notebook, but did not offer any compensation or apologize. I expected more from a Hilton property.
A nice place to stay at when visiting The Grotto, spending the night for next day's early a.m flight. Free airport shuttle.
I was very impressed with the hotel. It is contemporary, new and had plug ins where you looked for all your electronic needs. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Loved it!
Why I did not like about the property was how very rude the staff was to me personally. I must have been put in some special room used to torture people because all night long my sleep was interrupted by strange occurrences. I left in the middle of the night and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Got what I expected. TY
trash can has no space. recycle side can't fit anything. recycle bin hard to find in common area
