Toilets were clogged. A lot of mismanagement among the staff. The breakfast person called out sick 2 hours before opening the breakfast door. There was no action taken. While people showed up, the front desk personnel rushed to serve breakfast.

This was an amazing stay. I did have an issue with the air conditioner, making a really loud noise, but they sent maintenance to fix the issue and compted my parking for the inconvenience. I was appreciative and I would definitely stay again.
