With its coved ceilings and built in cupboards, it has the charm of the past combined with the comfort and convenience you can expect. There is also a private carport for parking and room for two cars off the street.
An easy one block walk to The Friendly Health Food Store/cafe & multiple food carts, it is also .6 miles from the Woodfield Station Shopping Centre, a mile from country roads, 2 miles to downtown and 2.3 to the U of O; we are close to everything in Eugene!
