They sell the room with breakfast no breakfast And no room sevice if some one wants ti stay more than one day do not use extended stay america

Good location, everything else is average. breakfast without eggs, hash brown, bacon, bread, just coffee which was always empty and some bars. No room service until you check out. Trash sitting in the hall way.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We have been on a road trip traveling with children so it was nice to arrive to a friendly staff member who made our check-in speedy and easy.

I'm not sure I could list everything that was bad here. Two of the three people I saw at the counter had some serious complaints as well. Small, dirty room, unusable kitchen area, awful mattresses, small vanity outside of the bathroom near the beds, broken heater, stains on chair, one plastic cup in room. I could go on and on.

Large room, many essential amenities, convenient location at very affordable price

I call for a early check in because I was the minister at a wedding and the person said no problem. When I arrived Bonnie said there was no way to get me in sooner than the 3:00 checkin. When I told her I made arrangements for early check in without looking she said no way. I left to deal with wedding plans and came back a 2:00. Again without looking she said no way and said I can change in the lobby bathroom. I had no choice and had to get ready in a urine soaked bathroom. After I got ready Bonnie laughed and said I found your request after all. That being said I asked if I can check in now, 2:45, again no. I left and returned at 3:00 and she still made me wait until 3:20 before I got my room. I barely had time to get to my wedding and preform the service. After the event I returned to the hotel to get changed and check out and leave. I think I spent a total of 15 minutes in my room. I would like to thank Bonnie for making this one of my worst travel experiences ever.

The room was great it had tons of storage and an option to do my own cooking in both the microwave and the stovetop. The location was great walking distance to The Streets shopping and eateries.

Everything was good, the only thing that I can complain about it is that they didn't clean the room every morning and the breakfast is only coffee and muffins. Besides that, everything is just fine. Good for couples and family. Pretty big rooms and the prices are not bad.

Was quite comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. Loved the full size fridge. Wished the room was cleaned every day. Had to pay $5-$10 for house keeping. Would stay any time.

Pleasant and courteous staff, ample free parking, clean rooms and full kitchen amenities.

Very good location, rooms has all the amenities, but just wasn't "WOWED".

Cheap sheets with low thread count, made me think there were bed bugs. Equipment like drawers were marked, recliner had cracks in it, and pictures were missing, so was not in good repair. At my 6:00 AM check out front desk had sign saying “Dial ‘0’ for night attendant” there was no phone in the lobby, or breakfast room; I found one in the workout room. Add to the sine where the phone is. I will not be back to this location.

This hotel is in a great location and surrounded by everything within a short car ride. I'm use to the daily housekeeping rituals of other hotels where the sheets, towels, and garbage were removed and replenished as required but if you're a clean person you'll keep the place in ship shape and you take care of those things yourself. If you depend on others keeping you clean good luck!

Here for Safeway Classic LPGA tournament. Appreciated number of nearby restaurant choices and Whole Foods across the street. Expanded continental breakfast is adequate starter. Main problem with hotel was its worn appearance and inadequate housekeeping. Even though daily service is offered for a fee, it's apparent rooms are not cleaned well between tenants. Felt like the room needed a thorough cleaning, wall to wall, floor to ceiling. Heard lots of door slamming and people moving around in rooms above and adjacent, but it seemed to be quiet during the nights. Cable TV lineup didn't have Golf Channel which will be carrying this tournament next year. Although the rate was very reasonable, that shouldn't mean the property doesn't get the care and maintenance it should receive. Have stayed in dozens of hotels over the years, would put this one in the bottom 33%.

We did not have time to enjoy the pool or the the sports equipment because of our focus upon a severe illness of a family member who lives in the area.

This hotel is within walking distance to plenty of eating and a few shops. It is not a well-kept facility tho the staff is very pleasant. Guests throw their full garbage bags in the hallway where is sets for days. Stairwells haven't been swept in ages. Towel racks hang by a loose screw on the wall. Kitchenette towels are stained and grimy looking.

The Extended Stay Deluxe in Hillsboro, Oregon is an excellent value for the cost. Each room has a efficiency style kitchen that makes preparing your own meals possible. Plates and other cooking utensils are limited. The hotel provides only one dishwasher cycle worth of detergent so a roll of paper towels and a small bottle of dish detergent is required if one cooks every day. Wireless internet service and TV service is good. The room had large windows and I liked that I could open them fully to let in fresh air. The staff was very responsive and courteous. The Shopping center across the street has a large selection of restaurants. There is a Whole Foods market within walking distance and Safeway a short drive away. It is ideal for a cost effective stay of a week or more.

Poor choice of beds for this hotel. Considering the price a decent bed would be expected. Not so here. I will choses someplace else next time.

I was unfamiliar with extended stay.... so deluxe extended stay seemed ok, or better...there is no maid service if you stay less than a week. the sheet kept coming undone from the mattress, and when I called the front desk, they said that we could pick up two flat sheets and make up the bed on our own. I was very shocked that there was no daily maid service.
