The only reason I got that Hotel with them was for the pool and I called a couple days before they say it was open I get there and it was close. I only lived three hours away so I just drove home instead. Then I was waiting in the lobby at first we’re about 15 minutes and nobody helping me

Needs a Massive upgrade and remodel.

It was good for me what we needed room smelled alittle funny but overall was a good experience recomend if your doing a short stay

The property was clean and beds were very comfortable. They did not serve breakfast, but that was expected during the current pandemic. The front desk had plexiglass and clerk was wearing a mask. He could've been a little friendlier. He just seemed to be in a hurry to put his earbuds back in and pay attention to his phone.

We rented two rooms, one if which was infested with sugar ants. Our family member occupying that room did not mention it until we checked out.

I was very pleased with the property easy to get in and out of parking lot and everyone was very helpful. The only problem I had was a guy came into change the lock on the room door and we were trying to rest and he didn’t knock. It could have been done after we checked out next day because the lock we had worked just fine.

The room was clean and service was good, breakfast very good. The room needed a lot of work on the woodwork, you could tell there had been a large dog there as the door was heavily scratched, the bathroom paint was chipping everywhere, the grout by bathroom door was darkened. The table by the bed was very scratched. When we got there the elevator was not working, we had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. I am handicapped and navigating the stairs caused me great pain, I had to increase my pain medication and we were not able to do any sightseeing the next day. The elevator was working the next day so we were able to go out to dine but that's all. The 3rd day we were on the way to my Grandson's wedding and we got suck in the elevaor on our way out. We used the phone to get help and they opened it a few minutes later. We were in a bit of a panic.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Easy access to freeway. Well lit parking lot.

The hotel was nice enough, but we had a couple of experiences that would make us think twice about staying here again. The woman in the breakfast room was just plain rude. It was clear she was ready to done by 10:01 and we were all in her way. I was told upon check in that breakkfast was served until 10am. We came in at 9:30, nothing warm was available. She said "not allowed to cook anything after 9:15. Perhaps you should advise guests of this. A young man wanted more juice at 9:02 and was denied. She had already taken the nozzle out of the juice machine and refused to let him have another glass. Obviously customer service is not high on her priority list. Also when using the guest laundry facilities, I got locked in the room when the door handle came off in my hand. Thank goodness I had my cell phone on me. I called my husband and he came down and opened the door from the outside.

They Forgot to make up the room on one of my days Could not get an answer why from the staff

VERY convenient on/off of 205 freeway. Very nice staff. Some issues evidently with elevator needing to be reset from time to time.

Easy access to freeway! Clean, comfortable rooms! Staff was friendly and always available. Breakfast was O.K., could offer a bit more.

Bed very comfortable, room temp. easily adjustable, all furnishings adequate. Poor light for reading in sitting area and no light in coffee-maker area, wallpaper peeling in spots, toilet had HOT water and was stained in outflow area, sink was scratched, and ants in shower area.

I have stayed here several times Great hotel always well maintained

Travel to this area once or twice a year and like to try new hotels. I feel you live and learn and basically I can say that we wont return. We reserved a total of 4 days. Flight problems from our home in Europe stopped us from arriving for the first night, but we were still charged. I would recommend using some DRAINO to the Mgr. That was the first room. The second stay we were booked for 2 days later was in a different room. Cleanliness was not a problem here. Services offered were not completely available.

THis was a nice hotel, but for the price, a bit high. I did enjoy the breakfast, that made this tolerable.

Lovely, clean and friendly, great value. Would recommend.
