This hotel is dirty, not maintained very well. And by dirty, i mean really disgustingly dirty. There was mold around the water line in the toilet, indicating it had not been cleaned un a while. After waking up, i discovered the crusty blood on the comforter. Not a blood stain, but actual crusty blood. Once again indicating a lack of regular cleaning. Things werent painted in the room like doors. There was a yellow goo on the shower walls. The floor was sticky, etc. The air conditioner was loud. You get the point.

Ordered a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the bedding. The next room, while not smelling like smoke, had holes in the bedding, a hole punched in the bathroom door, and the shower kinda mildewy.

Room = Dirty, moldy, paint peeling, stains.

The first room they gave us was propped open and stank horribly. We got a new one. That one, which we ended up staying in, stank so much our clothes and bags still smell days later. The toilet came from a kindergarten classroom. The smoke detector was laying beside the TV. The remote didn't go with the TV. The carpet was spongy. The deadbolt was broken off. There were other guests with an actual barrel-sized smoker grill outside their room and tons of people in and out all night. The a/c vent was covered in old gum and mold. It was a treat.

Outside area could use a lot more light, very dark & unnerving. Designated no smoking room had an odor as if the last occupant had smoked 2 packs of cigs in the past 24 hrs. Yech !! Otherwise, room was clean & comfortable. The trains passing by actually lulled me to sleep. Friendly staff, hotel was very close to my business reason for visiting the area.

I liked that they accepted pets and had an area close by for pets to go to the bathroom. I didn't like that i didn't receive a courtesy call to confirm my reservation & it was just cancelled and my card was charged more than the room rate. When we called to say we were still coming they told me they had plenty of rooms. So why did they charge my card like it was an inconvenience & the rooms were in demand? When we arrived, the tub was dirty & i offered to clean it myself. We were told breakfast was until 10:00 am so when we tried to go to breakfast the following day at 9:30 we found out we missed breakfast because that was the holiday breakfast schedule & it was over at 9:00 am.

The room had a smell as if someone had just smoked, although it was a non-smoking room. The heater was smelling bad, too. I had to turn it off right away. The night was cold.

The room was not clean. The sheets were stained, and there was hair in the bathroom.

Staff barged in and then called me mama, which was very inappropriate. Towels and wash cloths were not available until later in the evening. Left the next morning with items all over my arms and legs. Very dissatisfied on this visit

Reason is bad weather. Small storm. Should have worked this out. At least the excuse you give the customers. Went to dinner up the street and their direct tv was working

I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. The room had a smell as if someone had just smoked, although it was a non-smoking room. The heater was smelling bad, too. I had to turn it off right away. The night was cold.
