Outside area could use a lot more light, very dark & unnerving. Designated no smoking room had an odor as if the last occupant had smoked 2 packs of cigs in the past 24 hrs. Yech !! Otherwise, room was clean & comfortable. The trains passing by actually lulled me to sleep. Friendly staff, hotel was very close to my business reason for visiting the area.

I liked that they accepted pets and had an area close by for pets to go to the bathroom. I didn't like that i didn't receive a courtesy call to confirm my reservation & it was just cancelled and my card was charged more than the room rate. When we called to say we were still coming they told me they had plenty of rooms. So why did they charge my card like it was an inconvenience & the rooms were in demand? When we arrived, the tub was dirty & i offered to clean it myself. We were told breakfast was until 10:00 am so when we tried to go to breakfast the following day at 9:30 we found out we missed breakfast because that was the holiday breakfast schedule & it was over at 9:00 am.

Staff barged in and then called me mama, which was very inappropriate. Towels and wash cloths were not available until later in the evening. Left the next morning with items all over my arms and legs. Very dissatisfied on this visit

Reason is bad weather. Small storm. Should have worked this out. At least the excuse you give the customers. Went to dinner up the street and their direct tv was working

I stayed for 4 nights and my room was cleaned only after the first night. The next day my room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk the morning after the first day that the room wasn't cleaned and informed the front desk that it wasn't cleaned the day before and to make sure that it was cleaned that day. I returned to my room at 1:00 that same day and my room was still not cleaned. Again I went to the front desk and requested that my room be cleaned. When I returned to my room at night it still was not cleaned.

There was blood on the blankets, pubic hair lining the headboard. The plastic cups were full of hair. For some reason the bathroom was full of water and we had no idea where it was coming from. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a year. We spent 30 min scouring the room to make sure there were no bedbugs.....shockingly there were none. Make sure you get tested for hepatitis after you stay here. There's a reason this hotel has the worst rating in the area.

Nothing fancy. Room was clean and comfortable for one occupant. Perfect if you don't expect the hotel to provide your entertainment.

The room was nice. I just wish there were more towels. The king size bed was really comfy.

Reserved non-smoking room. Got one, but it tweaked of smoke and had burn holes in the blankets. To there credit, they moved our room to one that was better. Hotel has LOTS of wear and tear and breakfast was virtually non-existent. Only stay here if money is your only factor.
