Water pressure was lacking, to the point that my shower was almost twice as long as normal. Interior door frame cracked, had to force deadbolt to lock door.

The staff are wonderful. The property and rooms were a disaster. Too much to list but the maintenance was lousy, rooms weren’t clean and the breakfast was horrible.

It's in a great location. However, they did not have any ice machines and they need to do a better job with pest control as i was bitten by mosquitoes in my room a few times.

Breakfast was one waffle iron, frosted flakes or raisin Bran and toast. They also had apple or orange juice and very old very burned coffee. The front desk staff was always rushing and seemed harried and never fully answered questions.

My wife and I were very dissatisfied with not only the conditions of the property but the staff as well. We were asked to go to the store and get a money order as a deposit for $105. We watched several other couples irate and discouraged leaving without getting their rooms because they were so a palled by the conditions of the property and The request to go to the store and get a money order. I do not believe that after such a long drive I should have to leave the hotel I just arrived at in order to go get a money order to appease such a lowly motel that is really not worth anyone’s time to ever stay out. I can ask myself what do I expect for $48 but to be honest after all my years and staying in hotels this is the first hotel that ever caused me to write a bad review. Or any review for that matter

Definitely the employees customer service and clean facilities

The Manager Marsha was real understanding and easy to talk to. It was really nice of her to accommodate us and the changes to our itinerary. Everything was last minute and we had to stay longer than planned. Great customer service and the most amazing housekeeping employees I've ever been fortunate to meet. Thank you ladies!

It was nothing I liked about this property; there was nothing unique about this property; the pool was a dirty and never used; the “continental breakfast” is a joke (white bread; wheat bread, Small mini muffins; milk and dry cereal; and the weakest coffee on earth is far from any breakfast)… This place has gone downhill horrible

We have stayed here often, some being great experiences, others being awful. This was one of the awful ones. The employee who checked us in was rude and showed no interest in even making an effort to accommodate our simple requests. We asked for a late check out (an hour later, which we’ve had done with no problem in the past) she quickly refused and said we will charge you if you are in the room passed 11:30; which has NEVER even been mentioned to us in our many stays here. When I told her that just the day before when we stayed here they honored a noon check out with a smile and no fee, she cut me off and said you’ll just have to see the manager in the morning. We were a bit annoyed with how she handled that, but brushed it off and went to our room, where we then checked our online banking only to find she processed a charge on our bank card for an additional $100 to what we already paid for our stay without mentioning a word about doing so to us. No explanation, nor gained permission to process the additional amount. Obviously unaware of the additional charge, our bank account overdrafted. Had she discussed the $100 with us, we could’ve given another card, eliminating any issue from occurring. When we called the front desk to inquire about the charge, she said it’s just for incidentals and we and every other hotel always do this. Well, no, we’ve never had a $100 incidental deposit taken at any of our stays here, let alone have a card charged without knowledge or consent

We stay here often because of the convenient location. Most rooms are old with dirty stained carpet and have an unpleasant odor. However, we got lucky to get an updated room and very much enjoyed the tile floor, fresh smell and new bedding.

The carpet in the bedroom looked very worn and kind of dirty, the bathroom was pretty bad, the floor in there was filthy, don't know the last time it was mopped, needless to say, I would not stay there again.

That they did move us to a different room after finding roaches and bugs in our room

Property in need of a serious make over. They had me in the back area with caution tape on the stairs. I felt very unsafe.

Property needs to be remodeled. Very evident that nothing had been done for several years. Short on staff. Our room wasn't cleaned until at least 4PM each day.
