The property and grounds are beautiful! It's a great place to getaway and relax. Our room had some wear and tear and that would be the only negative comment I have.

What a great place! Beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodations and great staff!!

What a great place for a relaxing vacation. We hung at the "smaller" pool away from the families with kids that go to the water slide pool. Spacious rooms, quiet, great pool and jacuzzi. The main restaurant menu looks fantastic, but we decided to eat at the sports bar and were not disappointed -- found a quiet spot by eating outside next to the misters. Fish tacos were excellent appetizer.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon, stayed through Tuesday afternoon. When we arrived on Sunday, all pools were open, bars, snack bars etc. When we went to adult pool on Monday morning, it was a complete mess, dirty towels from the weekend piled up, along with beer cans etc Also no clean pool towels available.. No clear sign to state that that bar/snack area was closed during the weekday, The pool itself was nice, needed to be skimmed of leaves but ok. Asked the front desk about the condition of the pool area, and stated they would send housekeeping (?) to clean it up. No one ever arrived. Disappointed that my mini vacation was not as important to others who apparently had the weekend off, not sure if I will return, this is my second time here, and loved it the first time. They did allow us to extend our check out time on Tuesday but still....

Very nice hotel. Me and my wife both liked very much.

We chose this hotel because of the excellent price compared to resorts in Scottsdale. Also because they have an adults only pool on weekends during the summer. We loved it!!! So nice and quiet. The hotel staff is amazing and eager and quick to please. Be sure to use the onsite, complimentary shuttle service to their restaurants, spa, golf, anything onsite. Wish we had known about it the first evening as parking and navigating can be confusing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and ice cold. Food and drinks are fairly priced and very tasty. The hotel needs a little TLC but we enjoyed every aspect of it anyways.

Stayed for 2 days and room swarming with mosquitoes . Walked away with 87 bites.

Great resort well maintained friendly staff .... will return.

First time ever that I had to pay for a fee for a service I did not use!! $28.00 for business center, wifi internet, spa and something else. Not nice!

Great dinner at Lichfields restaurant. We had fun dancing on the lawn in the evenings with the great outside band venue.

I've been coming here for years and always have great service. From checking in to room service and even down at the pool everyone is so welcoming and always with a smile on their face. I recommend this place to everyone!

Stayed overnight for a Wedding reception although the hotel is a little older it is well-maintained and the staff is great

This is the second year we have decided to stay at the Wigwam. We had such a great time last year, we rebooked. All of the staff is so friendly. Everyone was so nice, always greeting us with a smile...housekeeping, hotel staff, ground maintenance, pool maintenance, water aerobic instructor, country club members, gift shop, etc. We absolutely loved our stay. When we accidentally missed our flight, the staff was so accommodating. My only disappointment is that our room was directly across from the bathroom at the Oasis pool. We got to see everyone that needed to use it from staff to vacationers. Needless to say, we didn't have a view of the pool that we had last year. We plan to return next year, but I maybe alittle more specific on where we would like to stay.

As always clean and nice great pool and bar! Nice facility

First I have to give them 5 stars on the mtg area. While the rooms were nothing special the temp was perfect. For all three days. There wasn't any complaining about too hot or too cold. The resort it well maintained The cleaning staff could use some work. The food in the bar and restaurant is good

I absolutely love nearly everything about this resort. Amazing amenities and fun things to do. The kids specific club and breakfast are so cool! The only complaint I have are the beds-they SUCK!!! Sink in the middle and look about 20 years old. We also had issues with our thermostat going down to 65 on its own at times but it kept us cool :)

My grandson fell in love with the pool and carts! We felt safe and it's a very mellow pkace.

Really liked the hotel. Would definitely come back

The grounds and lobby of the hotel were very well maintained and really beautiful! But the pool was very overcrowded and of course extremely warm this time of year. We were unable to find lounge chairs to sit on as well. For the room itself, the refrigerator was not working, and the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful, could not sleep. Also the air didn't seem to work that well, and there was a big bag of garbage left outside the doorway adjacent to our room. Not sure how the staff forgot about it. I do wish it had been better, cause it was it such a nice area and was so pretty, maybe will try again in the cooler months.

Enjoyed our stay in a packed resort. Restaurant service was sub par, waiting times were very lengthy. We however realized that the hotel was a capacity, summer rates were awesome.
