Great resort well maintained friendly staff .... will return.

First time ever that I had to pay for a fee for a service I did not use!! $28.00 for business center, wifi internet, spa and something else. Not nice!

Great dinner at Lichfields restaurant. We had fun dancing on the lawn in the evenings with the great outside band venue.

I've been coming here for years and always have great service. From checking in to room service and even down at the pool everyone is so welcoming and always with a smile on their face. I recommend this place to everyone!

Stayed overnight for a Wedding reception although the hotel is a little older it is well-maintained and the staff is great

This is the second year we have decided to stay at the Wigwam. We had such a great time last year, we rebooked. All of the staff is so friendly. Everyone was so nice, always greeting us with a smile...housekeeping, hotel staff, ground maintenance, pool maintenance, water aerobic instructor, country club members, gift shop, etc. We absolutely loved our stay. When we accidentally missed our flight, the staff was so accommodating. My only disappointment is that our room was directly across from the bathroom at the Oasis pool. We got to see everyone that needed to use it from staff to vacationers. Needless to say, we didn't have a view of the pool that we had last year. We plan to return next year, but I maybe alittle more specific on where we would like to stay.

As always clean and nice great pool and bar! Nice facility

First I have to give them 5 stars on the mtg area. While the rooms were nothing special the temp was perfect. For all three days. There wasn't any complaining about too hot or too cold. The resort it well maintained The cleaning staff could use some work. The food in the bar and restaurant is good

I absolutely love nearly everything about this resort. Amazing amenities and fun things to do. The kids specific club and breakfast are so cool! The only complaint I have are the beds-they SUCK!!! Sink in the middle and look about 20 years old. We also had issues with our thermostat going down to 65 on its own at times but it kept us cool :)

My grandson fell in love with the pool and carts! We felt safe and it's a very mellow pkace.

Really liked the hotel. Would definitely come back

The grounds and lobby of the hotel were very well maintained and really beautiful! But the pool was very overcrowded and of course extremely warm this time of year. We were unable to find lounge chairs to sit on as well. For the room itself, the refrigerator was not working, and the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful, could not sleep. Also the air didn't seem to work that well, and there was a big bag of garbage left outside the doorway adjacent to our room. Not sure how the staff forgot about it. I do wish it had been better, cause it was it such a nice area and was so pretty, maybe will try again in the cooler months.

Enjoyed our stay in a packed resort. Restaurant service was sub par, waiting times were very lengthy. We however realized that the hotel was a capacity, summer rates were awesome.

I am a native Arizonan and live in the Litchfield Community, I have wanted to experience the Wigwam resort, and decided to treat myself to a stay-cation at the Wigwam and was disappointed in the condition of the resort room, and amenities. The outside paint on the building was chipping off, and the entire guest rooms looked overdue for maintenance. The ice machine was damaged on the bottom where you placed the bucket, and it was really tacky. Inside our bedroom, their was water damage above my bed. A dirty towel was hung in the bathroom. (I have pictures of all of this( I asked for the complimentary coffee and coffee cups, they never were delivered. The only good was that we didn't pay premium pricing, ($200.00 average) maybe that is what they do when guest have a summer rate? (100.00 a night). I was incredibly disappointed and never told the staff, Why i don't believe we will ever come back or refer anyone

The entire resort is mapped out clearly; finding your room, places to lounge, and places to swim are well labeled. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The landscaping at the Wigwam is amazing as every feature and building on the property. There are plenty of amenities and activities for families as well as an environment that is conducive to rest and relaxation.

My husband and I have been traveling to Arizona about three times a year for 10 years now. We have stayed at many luxury hotels such as the Phoenician (which is incredible) but my heart always brings me back to the Wigwam. The landscaping is stunning. The staff are incredibly courteous. The way the rooms are arranged across the property in single and double levels gives the resort a cozy feel, as if it is more of a community rather than a big box hotel. There have been many recent renovations including the dining, pool and clubhouse. Also the fun history of the resort leaves you feeling connected to past generations. Can't wait to return.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. The staff could have been a little more friendly and accommodating but that did not deter us from having a great time.

This resort was much farther away from our event than we anticipated, so travelling back and forth was cumbersome. The staff was kind. The resort is quite spread out, and we were nowhere near the golf courses. While our room had recently been renovated, it was still offgassing from the new carpeting and the odor was unpleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was huge and the finishes were nice. However, the room seemed stark as if it had not yet been fully furnished. There were no mirrors outside of the bathroom, which made getting ready in the morning more difficult. Our television kept cutting out when trying to watch a movie. We had fun at the outdoor bar and there was a delightful mix of people using the facility. The pool was nice and the facility was clean. A bit old fashioned as it was established in the 1950s.

We had a great time. We were upgraded upon arrival, and had a great time. The pool and slides were wonderful fun for our family, and the evening entertainment was delightful.

everything was perfect except, no microwave in the kitchen
