Excellent service

This hotel was WORST CASE scenario. Upon arrival we parked on-site and noticed many people walking around smoking and hanging out in their cars (it was 3am) the car next to us had a man passed out in it with his arm hanging out the window with a needle in his arm. I went to check in and the front desk clerk said that his computer was down and just gave me a key to a room, didn’t check my ID or seem to know anything about my reservation, but a key I got. We went upstairs and opened the door, cockroaches ran from the entry way and were crawling all over the walls. The carpet was so stained and sticky it looked like it had never been cleaned. The bedspread was in the same condition, so we removed it from the bed, only to find the sheets stained with blood. There were obvious signs of bed bugs, and the shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall. I AM NOT making this up, we immediately left and went to another hotel.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Ice machine didn’t work.

Room missing ironing board, iron. Toilet seat didn't close. Bathtub drippped. Found dead bug on bathroom floor. No stopper in sink. No washcloth provided. Towels dirty 2 days in a row.

The room was dirty upon checking in. Key continually stopped working.

The staff were gracious, friendly and helpful. One afternoon the lobby smelled like rotting garbage. The room bathroom had peeling vinyl wall paper in various spots. The shower head hose looked like it had been stretched out. Dark staining in nooks and crannies of the bathroom tile. Something torn off and missing next to mirror as there was raw sheet rock exposed. They did not bother with placing toilet paper on dispenser but just left one partial roll for everyone to "handle' and dispense. Tile floor was dirty. Entry to room had debris on floor all three nights. HVAC would blow over the top of you (wind) when on) then shut off; difficult to sleep. The bed had one sheet and one cover which was a little thicker than a sheet. Cold at night when wanting to sleep in cool air and not freeze. television was nice but I could only get the one pre selected channel. WiFi was spotty at best. I could go on. The cost to benefit was not there - maybe if there were a zombie apocalypse and this were the only safe haven but I feel had and taken for what I paid and would think an appropriate remedy would be a complete or near complete refund. worst hotel i've ever stayed in. Dirty, outdated, broken lamp, no bathtub drain stopper. Ice machine has been broken for "months" according to the maid. It should be torn down.

Decent breakfast options. Fruit and yogurt and healthy cereal. Good coffee. Desk staff was nice and helpful. Room needs some attention, hinge needs oil on door, bathroom fan cover missing. Fan in room drew in cigarette smoke from outside.

I would never stay here again, and wouldn't really recommend anyone else does either. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. Key cards were constantly being re-keyed by being too close to a phone. Terrible area. Bed had blood stains on mattress cover. Holes in wall, cigarette holes in shower curtain, dirty. I actually found another room at another hotel. Did not match photos at all.

The only nice thing was the parking lot.. there was nothing that stood out!

Our room had no blow dryer or smoke detector and small pillows to sleep on.

Location was excellent - close to downtown and to metro station. Staff was awesome. Room was in a poor condition and not clean nicely.

It was close to the location I needed to travel to the next day. It was easy to drive to and had adequate parking. The lamps were both dusty, there was mildew on the bottom of the freezer compartment. The exterior handle on the door to the room did not function well. It would fall to a position as if it was open and would not open until I lifted it up about 120 degrees and then tried again. There was hair stuck on the bench used for the handicapped restroom. The carpet, bedding, sink, toilet, and tub looked clean.

It was great. Clean rooms but short on wash rags. I dont know but thats what she told us. But a great place to stay all day everyday
