So much fun and a relaxing quick trip!

Picking up my son from GCU with my teen daughters it was great. My daughters felt safe and had so much fun with the pool. It was clean, well stocked, and perfect to make our meals. Really a great place to any family! We will recommend! Thank you!

Beautiful home

This property was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was beautiful. It was a great location. The only negative was a very cold pool even though the days were in the high 90s.

Just what we needed

The house was well located, quiet and clean. Came down for spring training and it was really easy getting around, close to the freeway and near some restaurants. Definitely looking here for next year.

Beautiful Home

This house was amazing, it felt like home. Great quiet neighborhood. We didn't have to need anything, this house had everything. We definitely would love to stay again. The pool was a bonus!

Glendale stay

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking. The furniture was very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and enjoyed the sunshine out by the pool. Used the table outside for most meals. Liked being able to use the garage and the instructions to get in the house were great. Thank you!!

Nice place but some problems

Everything was very clean except the pool and the pool vacuum did not work. Someone came out to clean it one day and fix the vacuum but it stopped working again. Also the faucet for the bathtub did not work. We also did not get a garage door opener or code so we had to leave our car in the driveway Mattress in all the rooms were very hard so we never got a good night sleep

It was very fun the location great very clean but we had trouble with the blowing a fuse when using two hair dryers at once? Couldn’t get anyone to come fix it we finally figured it out on our own. They were not responsive to our call. Would have enjoyed it much more if the pool was heated but we overlooked that when booking. Overall it was very nice furnished well and clean!

Disappointed due to pool jets and vacuum not working and pool was dirty.

The only reason we booked this home was due to it having a private pool and we were unable to use it. We arrived on Saturday and I called the property manager and received a phone call back on Monday afternoon letting me know that the pool guy would be out on Wednesday and that was the night we were leaving to return home. Very upsetting for my teenage daughter, husband and I especially when we had 90+ temperatures there and we could not use the pool.

Nice property for a stay Glendale, AZ

Well maintained, clean, well supplied kitchen utensils, and well supplied with house supplies (dishwasher soap, other soaps, TP, and towels. Nice layout of kitchen, and living area. Nice looking pool, however weather was not conducive to using it. Good communiation with owners if anything was needed.

Golf getaway

This house was very nice however would have been nice to have a heated pool. For what we paid would have been nice to have more items in the kitchen and bathroom as we had to go and purchase quite a few things for our two week stay. And lastly we notified the property company Vacasa about a few items that needed fixing and no one ever showed. Will definitely not rent a place in the future if Vacasa is the property management company.

No response to call

On day one we had a problem with the tv and placed a call which must have gone to an unmonitored line as we received no return call. The number was given as a property manager. More detailed instructions would be helpful for operating the tv

Clean, Sparce, got the job done.....,

The house was very clean, close to freeway and food, places we need to go. Needs some attention to detail. Bathroom door does not properly shut, one of the masterbath sink does not drain without holding the stopper. You hear everything going on in the house. If you like HARD beds this is the place for you. Lastly, and most important need to furnish the house with household items that you don't think to bring or need to buy (foil, plastic bag, etc.).

Very clean property

We enjoyed this house. It was clean and comfortable but it did lack a few comforts of home: drip coffee maker, extra blankets and alarm clocks. Our biggest complaint was the traffic noise. It is on a busy neighborhood street.

Perfect vacation

We lived this rental. It has a great layout and a wonderful pool. The depth of the pool was nice as we had an adult that didn't swim and she was glad she could touch the bottom. Functional kitchen. We will definitely rent again if available when we come next.
