The staff were friendly, especially the employees working the breakfast room! That staff kept the dining room very clean and organized with a good selection for food/drinks. However, the room was dirty, our fridge was broken and the tv would not work due to damaged cable.

The room is comfortable. The refrigerator is noisy and difficult to fall asleep. The floor was dirty my socks are black on the bottom from walking on it. The room is modern and nice.

We stayed in a pet friendly room which was clean, shower was great, bed comfortable, and air conditioning perfect. Great grass to walk dogs on inside hotel court with ample poop bag stations and trash cans. Friendly staff too

The pictures on the website were different than the physical room. I asked for early check-in, and once we arrived the 2 hours as requested, the room was not ready, and the cleaning staff was out to lunch. We left, returned about an hour later, and were told the room was ready. There was water in the walkway, so we tracked water into the room, one set of towels, and when to turn on the TV, it didn't work. The refrigerator was not plugged in. We called for maintenance, and after three people came In the room and could not fix the TV, we were moved to the next room. We couldn't communicate with the cleaning staff so well as they did not speak or understand English. We were pressing for time to be at an event at 3:00 pm and didn't have a chance to talk with the manager, who was coming in at 3:00 pm. I was unhappy with my stay there and will think twice before booking a room with Quality Inn.
