The staff was very nice and friendly The room does need improvement, everything was outdated, the bathroom needs updating. The water pressure was very bad, I could only get a little bit at a time, the faucets and shower head was rusty and dirty. There should be safety bars in the bathroom near the toilet and tub.

The parking did not feel safe, the breakfast lounge had an odor to it. Rooms (booked 2 rooms) were not clean headboards and nightstands were clearly not dusted ran my fingers on top of the headboard and were plenty of dust on fingers and hand. No kleenex and less than half rolls left of toilet paper. The fancy flowers on the TP and kleenex is a nice touch but with the rooms lacking cleanliness it can do without it. Walls can use some painting as they were all scufffed. There was visible mold in the shower, would help if caulking was removed and bleached before recaulking. Shower rod was not secured as it fell as i was getting out of the shower,did report it and was fixed. Have stayed at other Choice Hotels as a member I can honestly say this is the worst stay I have had regarding room cleanliness rooms need attention and inspection. Another item is being charge a $ 25 fee if wanting to checkin early I arrived about 20 min to checkin time and pay an additional check in early fee?? Thank you for allowing feedback. If more information is need I would gladly offer it, i did take pictures.

Room not at all clean and in a state of disrepair. There was a layer of grime over the entire floor; looks like it hadn't been mopped in some time. There was a spider web with a spider in it at one end of the room's curtain. Faucet had a limited water flow, much less than half of what would be expected when the tap was all the way open. Shower curtain was missing one of two screws at each end, so it was sagging in the middle. This prevented the shower curtain from properly closing. The shower head is heavily calcified; it is in need of replacement.
