Came into town for an overnight business trip. Hotel was centrally located. Pre e mails from hotel manager were considerate, check in was easy and the gentleman at the counter was nice and efficient.

We first were given the room on the first floor. However, we later request switching to the room upstairs due to the noise from the above level. Other than that, it was a relaxing short stay.

It's in a good location, right off of I-10. The area is very busy, traffic is an issue, and it's hard to go north on Dysart Road or get back on I-10 from there. It's an older facility, and could use some serious updating. The employee at breakfast, a lady was terrific and the front desk staff was both friendly and responsive. It's a bit overpriced for what you get.

Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was clean.Staff was polite and professional. Pool and hot tub were dirty to the point that we were not getting in. Only 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels- Not enough. Only one coffee pod in the room., we had to share a cup of coffee. Continental breakfast was not there on Sunday.

Went for an event in Phoenix about 10min away from hotel. We checked in and the lady was super over it like she wanted to go home. We got second floor room near a stairwell at least. No clue where the elevators were. Room was clean, AC worked great, Fridge was cold, Bathroom spotless. Only had one towel and there were two of us staying for 3 days. One of us has long hair lol. Overall perfect for basic needs.

Pluses- room was clean and location was convenient to Goodyear ballpark. Pool was dirty and unusable. Loud highway noise. Breakfast was blah and had news on TV blaring. Workout room was tiny and cable machine broken. Very run down hotel. Hotel bar was closed early on a Saturday night.

The staff worked very hard to make sure the property looked good. It was coldish when we were there so we didn't use the pool, but the room was fine, and we got an upgrade as all of the king bed rooms were full.
