I was in a pet-friendly room and it smelled like pee. It appears the floors aren't cleaned very good, which is all bad, considering pets stay in those rooms. Another thing, the hotel tried to charge me an extra night until I called and complained, then they reimbursed me me that money. The pros: the property was convenient to lots of restaurants and retail, the grounds were kept clean, the staff were friendly. If I stay there again, it wouldn't be in a pet-friendly room.

They put me in a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking and there was no TV they said they couldn’t switch rooms because it was booked up the room was 230 something dollars a night Room Reeked like cigarettes no television staff was Very friendly but doesn’t make up for all the other crap
This place is in a good location and has a nice pool and hot tub, but the exterior of the property isn't well maintained and some of the clientele are of a questionable status. The rooms are basic, but seemed clean and served the purpose if you're just looking for a place to sleep.
Right place. Many repairs were needed ice machines and Landry room were out of use
The staf were friendly and the room was clean. The heater/air conditioner was as load as a blender with rcoks in it.

Bathroom floor is new, walls are newly painted but there is still a musty smell. Location is close to work, with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Hotel had outside entrance, furniture was worn and tattered, room was dark. This is an older building.
Orbitz booked us into a smoking room without telling us. Hotel Staff tried to help us but they where booked. Not there fault. The refrigerator had a ticking sound that we could not find until the morning. This is a "trucker hotel" not a good spot to take families.
The hotel is in a rough neighborhood, the bed was terrible and the room was run down and not clean. I would not stay here.

Clearly there needs to be some renovating here. The comforters, sheets, etc...were worn and dated. I never took my shoes off, as the carpeting looked dirty and smelled. The room had an over amount of air cleaner scent going on that gave me a headache. We pretty much tried to stay out of the room as much as possible..that was a plus with spring training going on. Also, don't go hungry to breakfast. The fake eggs and greasy sausage was pretty much all there was besides carbs galore of stale muffins. What little oatmeal containers that were there one our first morning were never replenished on the second. I felt sorry for the older couples coming in at 9 expecting breakfast. Bottom line, if your desperate, book it. To the hotel chain...UPDATE EVERYTHING!!

The guest laundry has now been completed and a new ice machine has replaced the one that out of order - we did have three other machines that were in the area for your use and apologize that you were not informed of this option. We would have also happily provided ice from the bar and apologize if this wasn't offered. We appreciate the feedback and can assure you that our renovations will make us a beautiful property when they are completed and we hope you will give us another chance.
