Great Location

Our overall interpretation of this place, is that it is an awesome place to stay, it has everything you need for a vacation in AZ. The host was great one of the best host we have had and we as a family of 9 go to a lot of VRBO and she made us fell like part of here family. Great location also close to everything you may need. Backyard Oasis and More!

This property was great for a large family. All the bedrooms were lovely and the bathrooms were all stocked with amenities in case you had forgotten something. The kitchen was also equipped with everything needed for feeding a larger family/group. However the backyard was the star of the show. We spent the majority of our time outside. I would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will get the chance to do so again.

The house was perfect for our family of five, plenty of room, very clean and the backyard was amazing! The kitchen was stocked with any misc. things we had forgotten to pick up. The location was also great, not too far from activities we did! Would highly recommend this house

What sold us on this property was the fully heated pool and attached hot tub (spa). It did not disappoint! The house was stocked, in a great location near restaurants/coffee shops/trails and there was more than enough space for our family of 5. We would stay again and would highly recommend!!

Best vacation ever!!

I’m a caretaker, living in Bay Area. While I love my life, there are times I need time to myself. This home was the perfect place to get that. Everything you need is close by. Groceries, restaurants, and nail salons are within minutes of the house. The house has everything you will need to relax or cook meals. Thank you for sharing your home with me!

Perfect for families

This house was perfect for our family. The house was very clean. The pool was nice and warm and the spa was wonderful. The house had everything to make the stay comfortable - baking dishes, crockpots, extra toiletries - even sunblock. Great Family Retreat

The property was a terrific place to stay with our family. We were in town for a week attending a sports tournament and the house was a terrific spot to enjoy meals and the beautiful backyard oasis. The house was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. It was very clean and easy to roll into and enjoy. The check-in process was easy and the owner checked in on us regularly to be sure everything was working up to expectations. We would highly recommend the property to others.

Desert Oasis

Our family came to Peoria for our adult daughter's college graduation at the Desert Diamond arena. While the outdoor daily temperatures were in the 110+ range, we found the indoor temps perfect with A/C and the pool and patio a true oasis. Our host was super responsive and we lacked nothing. By far the best VRBO I've ever rented. Lovely!

Perfect family getaway

Our family had a perfect, relaxing getaway for Spring Training. The owner was easy to work with and has a very reasonable cancellation policy. We appreciate that she communicated times for pool maintenance ahead of time so there were no surprises. Also really nice that the back yard wasn’t lined with surveillance cameras, which really impacts the quality of your stay when you pay the price for privacy. The house feels like it is set apart with a large back yard despite being in a neighborhood. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, the putting green, Golden Tee arcade game, and even the treadmill.

Perfect accommodations.

Several members of a 17 year old baseball team stayed at this prosperity. It was our 2nd stay in a little under a year. The games room, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and putting area are perfect for this types of group. The layout provides separation over a great deal of space. Kitchen appliances, utensils, coffee, linens, were all provided. You don’t need anything!!

Dream House

This house is amazing ! We have stayed in a lot of vrbo and this one is the best we have ever stayed in . My wife and I came down for some pool and sun time . And we couldn’t have been happier . The pool and backyard was amazing ! The house was super clean, and had everything we would have ever needed . There’s a grocery store close by and lots of great restaurants. There is nothing bad I could say about this house . The owner is fantastic and made the check in very simple and welcoming . We will be back with the kids very soon . If you’re looking for a great house with a great pool no need to look anywhere else other than this house !

Spring Break Perfection!

We've stayed at ten different VRBO's in the area over the past five years, and this home was the absolute best!!! Lots of activities besides a pool, and the gorgeous house had everything we needed, which is a first! And a TV in every bedroom/family room eliminated arguments over what to watch. The big dining areas inside and outside were fantastic for all the family meals together! Thank you Angela for a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely be back!!
