This home has updated everything: carpet, wood looking porcelain floors, granite, appliances, shower and tub surround, paint, furniture, light fixtures, etc. This a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with an office. Spacious open floor plan. 2284 sq ft. Located in a security guard gated community of Pebblecreek in Goodyear AZ 85395. Community offers everything you'd expect to have in a resort: pools, golf, restaurants, bars, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, gyms, sauna, steam room, etc. For bookings between November - April check with host as we look ideally look for a 3 month minimum rental.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

Everything in mint condition. Owner, Rodney, couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly. Unexpected plus was fresh fruit everyday from the backyard grapefruit and lemon trees.

Newly renovated

Great location, wonderful community with all the amenities. Pool, fruit trees a plus. House is very spacious, extra large 2 car garage. Owners are wonderful.
