The employees re very sweet, however the hotel is very rundown. Also the other regular guests that live there are not the type to actually let you sleep at night.

As soon as we realized the bed was broken, we should have checked out. The head of house keeping suggested I sat down and broke it because she just flipped the beds. All size 10 of me. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room.

This place is a pit! First of all it was advertised as a Motel 6 but it isn't. I promise you they are not leaving the light on for you! We had one towel upon check in. Our room looked like it really hadn't been cleaned. The following day they did not service our room at ALL! We returned from being out all day to the same used towels, unmade bed and unclean floor. They told us that the staff was hesitant to enter the room without us there. What?!!! Do not stay here!

Got some sort of bites/bugs from this place. If you can find some place else I would.

There were holes in the wall in the bathroom .tv didnt work. Only one light worked. Said on the sight there would be a microwave and fridge and there wasn't all u got was an ice bucket

The light in the bathroom was open, wires hanging out and everything. The tub was filthy and I refused to use it. Had to wash in the sink. The TV was static and unusable. However, Sara at the front desk was AMAZING!! Her positive attitude made my entire morning. The bed was ok, yet functional. It was quiet overall, although I sleep with earplugs.

Property had nice size roomed it seemed like but no microwave or fridge in the room. Called and asked the front desk for extra pillows and towels and it was like pulling teeth to just get a pillow. You get what you pay for

Hot tub is broken, no shampoo, no conditioner, no remote control to work the t.v., room smelled like cigarettes, holes in sheets, broken/ripped lamp shade... it was $114 of wasted money.

Easy to get to in Tempe and if you're using the light rail, there's a stop pretty much right in front of motel. They couldn't find my prepaid reservation from orbitz, but did have my reservation. I then had to pay another full night for my stay and two days later had to call Orbitz to get one of them refunded. It's a motel, just needed one night before flying back the following day so was totally fine in every aspect for the one night.

Passing through and needed a place to stay ... OK for 1 night (solo). However, check in was delayed due to (what staff suggested) was a Orbits issue, room was not what I had booked, tub was uncomfortable - but OK, I did sleep well and (in a pinch) would return.

Room smelled like mildew and had the illusion of clean but wasn't clean at all. Upon arrival I was under the impression that check in was at 3 pm, so I got there at 3:30pm but didn't get checked until nearly 5pm. The excuse was they were busy had late checkouts and didn't have a room clean. I had to sit in the lobby and wait over 90 minutes after being told it would be 20 minutes until room was clean and ready. Cable on the TV barely came in, I mean fuzzy lined cable with maybe 12 channels. They never anyone to clean my room the 2 days I was there, not even to get my trash.

The staff were very friendy at Motel 6. The location was perfect for visiting Arizona State University. The room was clean and pleasant looking. Motel staff gave us a good recomendation on where to grab a bite to eat. We did have 2 incidents that I found very disappointing. First, our refrigerator did not work correctly. The second was that the shower drain needed to be unclogged. I made a request at the front desk but neither of these things were taken care of during our 3 night stay. This was not the type of customer service I have come to expect from Motel 6. I'm hoping there is something you can do to make sure I continue to be a loyal customer.

Non-smoking rooms filled with smell of cigarette smoke.

No shampoo, toothpaste, bed cover towel dirt. Maybe motel is just like this.

Although the hotel and room appeared to be clean, it just seems like they painted and covered up everything. While taking a shower I felt as if I was going to fall through at any moment! Overall bad attempt at a remodel. I just got a weird vibe from the room.. although remodeled, it felt dirty and old!

From the moment we checked in, it didn't feel right. The office had "friends" of employees coming in and out and roaming the property. The room was dumpy and uncomfortable so we left after 25 minutes. Sometimes saving money isn't worth you comfort or safety. I would never recommend ANYONE stay at this location.

Got a great nights rest and was ready for the world the next day.

The staff are very nice and work to make your stay very pleasant. The pool is nice with handicapped resources, the grounds are well lit and cleaned. Our two queen bed room also had a microwave and fridge.

The location was good for my needs as I wanted to be on the light rail line. There appeared to be furniture missing and there was fresh damage to the wall. The bathtub was very old and worn, unusable because the stopper did not work.

Very courteous staff, decent facility, pleasant stay.

At the time you booked your reservation we were a Motel 6 but broke away from them over a month ago as we will be doing a complete remodel after Spring Break. I am not sure who told you staff was hesitant to enter your room unless you had a pet.I do hope you will stop by after renovation is completed a few months after Spring Training ends.

thanks for letting us know. We take this seriously, but haven't had any reports of such. If you would be kind enough to advise our General Manager in the future, it helps tremendously as cleanliness (followed by service) is what drives all hotels success. Appreciate the comments!
