i like how you needed to enter your card in the slot to activate the lughts.

It was ok. But Room service is every Three Days. We called to have Clean towels brought up and they asked if we could go down and pick them up. Really? I refused and they did bring up to room. Dont think I will ever stay there again.

Not having a microwave is plain bad. Housekeeping was below average. Coffee cups and water cups were not replaced and had to ask for those. All that was kept in the room was decaf... That is bad. Otherwise a clean place.

Room was nice and clean and the facility was pretty new and in a great location.

I hesitate to say anything negative because our stay was comfortable and everything was fine, but for the price that we paid for the room I was a little disappointed. I understand completely the limitations from the pandemic, however I was expecting a little more from the amenities. I was super disappointed that there was no tub in our room although I didn’t make a special request for one, our room was quite small and we didn’t have a microwave which I was hoping for and the complementary breakfast was not very good. We have diet restrictions preventing us to be able to eat most of the breakfast. The staff was amazing though everyone we encountered was so unbelievably friendly and helpful! Overall our stay was good, everything was clean and comfortable I just didn’t think it was worth the price paid.

The young lady providing breakfast needs assistance. She was hustling making it happen as the only person working front desk and providing meals. If you are concerned with cross contamination and protecting guests this should be considered.

Requesting a full refund. Already got one day comped. MAJOR issues with cleaning staff. We also asked for cleaning every day since you have to request this. First room had trash in the cabinets and trash cans and dried soap in shower. We were moved to a 2nd room. This room also had trash cans filled. While I was downstairs letting management know about the 2nd room, housekeeping was sent to the room to clean up. They didn't knock while my wife was unpacking. Just came in. I don't know why we stayed. The phone handset didn't work. The A/C could not keep up. Room was not cleaned on 2nd day. Called front desk and they couldn't explain why. Had to request towels & tissue paper. Appears to be mold in the shower area. We asked for a late checkout but cleaning staff still knocked on our door prior to us leaving. The elevator also makes a horrible sound as it stops at the 6th floor.

Good location. They did not clean rooms unless you asked. Had to ask twice. Staff was odd and rarely acknowledged me. Only exception. Was young lady that worked morning and days.

All of it. Kid friendly. Breakfast great. Kids and I had a blast not liking to have to do a minimum of words on this review tho

Rude personnel specially at checkout lady very rude.
