My wife and I stayed here for one night while we were visiting in the area. We choice this hotel because of the location near the Arizona Mills Mall. It is easy access on and off the Interstate and Baseline. We received a suite that had two separate rooms with a sofa bed, two tv's and a kitchenette. It was very roomy. Check in was swift and without issue and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. On entering the room we noticed that the sofa bed was badly stained. The room smelled a little stale but the bed and linens looked clean. We were to adjust the temperature, which was easy to regulate, and I noticed the vent above the kitchenette area was very dirty with the slates coveted in dust. I am not sure if this was the cold air return or a kitchen vent but I am not sure I would prepare food in the area with air flowing through. The beef was comfortable enough. My wife asked if I had looked at the toilet lid. She said it was soiled so it had not been cleaned well. Between the toilet seat and the badly stained sofa I was not comfortable in the room but since it was a one night stay we decided to just leave in the morning without any plans to ever return to this hotel.

Me and my lady stayed here for over 2 weeks and we just had to write a review the staff went above and beyond helping us in what is a difficult time period in our lives. The one person that does stand out is a young lady by the name is Paola she was the friendliest and most helpful person there, she was also a very awesome human being, showing compassion and patience beyond reproach. We are very grateful for this young lady and will definitely be back just because of her.

After reading reviews for this hotel I thought I'd give it a chance. So the day before our arrival I had called the hotel to ask for a crib I was told to call that morning so to make one could be reserved . That morning before our departure I called to ask for a crib I was told that I'd have to ask for one when I arrive because the room that was suppose to be reserved for me might be given away and that they were limited on cribs. When I arrived I asked the person at check in said I'll call to check. But didnt bother to call our room to let us know if there was one available. That night the room was nice dated u can tell. Sheets had stains n the phones were missing buttons. Breakfast was the highlight of our trip. The 2nd night other guess standing outside smoking weed. We had called for a crib that morning so we were happy to see one had been brought however it was stained n filthy I was not going to lay my baby girl in that. Other guess we're loud n making noise n bed sheets we're not changed same stained sheets from the night before. Remote was changed but didn't work called front desk they sent someone who set the remote but it didn't have a menu or guide we had to change the channel by going down the number. It was ok stay but needs some work.

My family stayed for a week here. The room was great size. Had a kitchenette. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Happy hour. Pool is heated so my kids could swim. Soft beds. Very clean. Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed at the hotel the night before our flight to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise. The room was great, the happy hour with two free drinks was good and the hot breakfast was good. The ability to leave our car parked there for 12 days while we were gone was absolutely fabulous. The shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up when we returned. They also offered us a room upgrade on our return so we had a executive suite which was great. Would definitely return to this hotel!

We stayed there only three days, but were very impressed by the rooms, the service, and even the price. Everything was clean and modern, the free breakfast was wonderful, and it was quite convenient to the resort where our daughter was competing in a regional Irish dancing competition. Even the evening social hour was very pleasant. We are highly likely to stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

For the nightly rate this hotel charges I would say we got our money’s worth. While the rooms weren’t really nice, they were spacious and clean. The hot breakfast was nice but most importantly the service from the front desk was wonderful. They were very helpful in all our requests and seemed more than happy to accomodate us, which is why we would stay again if we return to the area.

The room was spacious. Had a great hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit, etc. and a social hour in the evening. Two drinks each night and snacks. Across the street from the Tempe Mall. Assesible rooms.

I've stayed here a few times over the past 5-6 years. They have a great breakfast and people seem to know it as it's always busy at breakfast. The rooms have been remodeled/updated and are pretty nice. The staff is always very friendly; especially housekeeping. Even though it's a bit of an older hotel, it always seems like a place you would want to have a gathering and you would have a good time. The only drawback is the location is a bit difficult to get in/out of on a busy day, especially if you want to go west on I-10.

I stayed a few days in this hotel and I liked it a lot. The room was good and I enjoyed the quit pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast facility was taking good care of by the ladies and the housekeeping was very nice. I wanna share my compliments about Kai and Shawn. I spoke to Kai on the phone when I arrived at the airport to be picked up with the airport shuttle. She sounded very professional and explained me where to go to. On arrival she was at the front desk and I felt very welcome. I requested already per mail for pots and pans because I had a kitchenette in my room. The next day I requested it one more time and I also met Shawn (maintenance). He also give me a nice welcome and told me to let him know if there would be anything he could do for me. The afternoon I found out they ran out of pots and pans after I just did my groceries and nothing could be arranged for me. Annoyed and on my way back to my room I spoke to Shawn about what happened. He asked me to wait for 5 minutes. He came back with 2 pans,2 plates etc. He gave that little bit of extra service that can give a guest a smile. I work at the airport myself so I'm dealing every day with customer service. So it's nice to see during my holiday that Kai and Shawn really welcomed guests and provided an excellent customer service in this hotel. Keep up the good job :') !!! Best regards, Monique
