It's a great location. The room was great clean.. That will be our go to motel every time. We go to watch our awesome Dbacks.....

We picked this hotel because of it's great location to the ball park . You have many things to do walking distance from the hotel I would pick this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good. The amenities were pretty standard: a small gym, a business center with 1 computer only and an outdoor pool and whirlpool. There was a fridge and microwave in my room. The location was also good for me because I didn't want to rent a car; the nearest light rail station was walkable ( I was able to take the light rail to the Heard Museum and Pueblo Grande Museum)

I've made number of stops at various Phoenix city-center hotels and this is probably my favorite. It can be a bit pricier than some others with the same star rating, but the staff are much friendlier and helpful than in other places.

I travel a lot, and finding something really convenient near the center of downtown is really important. The staff here were very helpful. Overall - a great place to stay. The only down side for me were the price - and the wireless internet, which while free was slow and required a daily sign-in to the hotel web page before gaining access, which is a real pain with a phone or kindle device.

The pool was dirty on Sunday and Monday. The maintenance man had been fired on Saturday. They said it had been cleaned on Monday, but it wasn't. Nothing was open in downtown Phoenix on Sunday. Needed to drive around Tempe and Scottsdale looking for someplace to eat. Continetal breakfast was served from 6:30am to 9:30am. You're on vacation, there is no need to get up so early just to have breakfast. During the week, should stay open till 10:30am

From check in to check out the entire staff and Mgr. Mark Virt could not have made us feel more at home. Room was quiet, clean & comfortable with many ammenities including a fridge, microwave & a great tv with many channels.. The wonderful breakfast and the morning paper were an added benefit as well as fresh coffee 24/7. The location was 4-5 blocks to the convention center and ASU as well as several top restaurants. We could not have made a better choice.

The room was very clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious!!!!

The front desk clerk was efficient, friendly and gave us shopping and dining tips.. The complimentary breakfast was fully stocked and operational right at 6 am as promised. The breakfast was very nice.

We spent limited time at the hotel but overall pleasant experience.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. And we had enough towels. Plus there were towels outside by the pool and spa. This hotel is within walking distance to the ball park and the prices were reasonable.

We stayed one night. Only hotel we stayed in during our Arizona trip that had a flat screen tv. You are able to adjust the temperature in your room which is nice. Is one block from Arizona Center-nice place to eat etc. However the location feels deserted-empty parking lot next door. It is on outskirt of down town. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast-sausage, egss, biscuits and gravy.

Great experience with 2 small children. Breakfast was great. Location was central to all of our stops.

I really enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn Express because of the location. We saw one of our favorite comedians at the Dodge Theater and it was less than 5 minutes away so the location was great. We stayed on the second floor so it was a little noisy from the guests upstairs and in the room next door. But overall it was a great place to stay while downtown.

Great location and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Attended a show in downtown phoenix and was very convenient. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Great breakfast

The staff at the hotel were most helpful. We attended a Diamondbacks game, so the location was a plus, since it was within walking distance of the ballpark. The biggest problem that we had was trying to find 6th Street once we arrived in the downtown area. Not knowing that the street was not a thru street, caused us to drive around longer than necessary to locate the hotel. After not being able to find the hotel, we called and got further instructions from one of the staff members, then it was a piece of cake.

Great location for taking in a ball game. Took the grandkids and walked to a game as well as several area resturants. Was able to park our RV at no cost. The kids really enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, Downtown Pheonix-Ballpark had THE most accomodating and family like service. Each person knew what to do no matter what their title was. A great local team and I will stay there every time I return to Phoenix.
