the property felt like a motel stay not a hotel
Sheets where dirty floor room was dirty maid never came to room during my stay
I love the area it was really nice and I love it was next to a Star Bucks.
Smaller than expected and several stains on counters and table - felt dirty. Towels and washcloth (1 washcloth provided) were very worn and scratchy. Just felt dirty and old - not comfortable and cozy at all. Will not stay there or any other extended stay again
This has been an absolute nightmare of a stay. When I made the reservation I requested a handicap room. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. I got here and the room they put me in wasn't clean. There is a part of the bathroom wall that has been cut out and is taped back up. The paint is peeling all over. The room was dirty and the phone didn't work. There is MAJOR police activity every night. I have to stay til my apartment is ready so I upgraded to a 3 bed room so my sister could come stay with me. That room was dirty too, the phone didn't work, once again and the A/C barely works. We had to stay here because I couldn't be transferred upstairs. I got a complete runaround and outright lied to about when it was going to be fixed. I finally had to go by a fan to make it livable. I have been washing my own towels and I cleaned my own room yesterday because the Manager forgot to tell housekeeping. By the way, they charge $10 to clean. I'm checking out this weekend, which is not soon enough. I will leave the room a hell of a lot cleaner than when I checked in. Oh, and a funny story, when I kept asking about the phone, the manager lied to me and told me I had to pay a phone deposit. It's not true. He just didn't want to deal with trying to get it working for me. Mind you, I am using a walker right now and God forbid I fall or something and can't get to my cell phone. I guess I would have to lay there like the lady on those life alert commercials.
this place is a dump, looks nice on the outside but is a dump on the inside. Nice location though, easy to walk up Scottsdale blvd to Old Town Scottsdale
The room was filthy and morning staff was very unpleasant
Dirty. Bathroom dirty. At broken. I left. Gal in lobby could not blame me
We got to the hotel and they told us they didn't have a room for us.
Location cant be beat. Walking distance to great Scottsdale venues from Stadium to Fashion Square Mall, Fifth Ave shops, restaurants, riverwalk. Outside looks nice. But hotel amenities are next to none. No hair dryer, not even one to borrow, as theirs have all disappeared. The phone in the room didn't have a cord - no calling the front desk. But those are minor if you are looking for the best price in a great location.
Great location in Scottsdale, close to everything and quite
Great, quiet location. Walking distance to great spots.
Floor was filthy, food debris was on the top of the fridge, sheets were dirty. When given another room, it was already occupied.
Troy and staff exceptional service providers. They exceed on a personal level to ensure your visit is the best. Met three of the permanent residents, all delightful. Quiet, easy access parking and very well managed.
no body soap, facial tissue, lotion, shampoo. Blankets were really old and thin. no microwave glass plate that sits in microwave. Passage ways were dirty and full of cigarette butts
No continental breakfast like it says online, no ice machine, dirty rooms but workers were nice
Bad cable tv options and scratchy sheets. Nice hotel

Thank you for your review. We were disheartened to read our accommodations did not provide the value you were hoping for and are sorry for the housekeeping issues you encountered. We have checklists in place to inspect every suite after it has been serviced. Unfortunately, we missed something during this process, and for that we sincerely apologize. We are working with our housekeeping team to reiterate the importance of our daily checklists to make sure this is not repeated. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide a better experience on your next stay. Sincerely, Hotel Management
