Room was dirty. Found dog poop in our room by nightstand. Very thin blanket on bed.

Need new mattress felt like sleeping on rubber. Room was clean

GREAT EXPERIENCE.VERY CLEAN, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

nothing exciting, but it was a fine place. about what you expect. we were close to the entrance and had a few ants coming in, but they kept in a line pretty predictable and were just in the kitchen/bathroom area and honestly weren't bad at all.

The room was very clean and had enough room to do business, sleep, and relax.

hotel was great. john the night manager was superb. he helped with a lot of different things including coming down to te room to hep me log into the free WiFi.. i will stay there again. the only negative i have is that finding it the first time is difficult. unfortunately i have no suggestions on how to make it easier.

Our stay in chandler was good. It was comfortable and I would recommend it.

Paid $70 should have paid around $49- hotel seemed dirty and muggy. Wanted to leave the window open but they was only a screen and the window went all the way up..

Great stay! Bed was a little hard, but super comfortable! Coffee in the morning was great...muffins and oatmeal were good enough.

I had requested a non-smoking room. The room and 3rd floor was smoking. When I checked in they said they had no other rooms. In the morning they said they had other rooms... They say Or_itz often confirms non-smoking when all they have left is smoking??? Beware of unhealthy environment.

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was an excellent value. The room was comfortable, the location was great and the staff was very friendly. For the price it was an outstanding value!

For the price I booked, I wasn't expecting much as the rooms at the resort hotels were going for more than three times the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, and the fact it had a small kitchenette. The hotel was very difficult to find, even with my navigation unit. It is not visible from the street, and is only accessible via a long driveway to the back of a shopping center. Don't look for the hotel - look for the small "Extended Stay America" that marks the driveway entrance. It's also easy to confuse this ESA with the one just a couple of miles away on Chandler. You don't get daily maid service, so don't expect mints on your pillow every night. Also, they are not generous with the amenities such as soap, shampoo, etc. You can ask the front desk for more, but you might want to consider bringing your own. There is a fridge, electric stove, sink and coffee maker - and a few dishes and such. Good for stocking up on your own food and drink. The beds are comfortable, but the sheets & blankets are cheap and worn. There were an abundance of electric outlets #good#, and the wireless internet worked fine. For an extra fee you can upgrade to faster internet. The wireless provided was fine for checking e-mail and basic browsing, but if you plan on doing on-line gaming or videos you need to upgrade. The blackout curtains worked great, and the room was dark. This was an unexpected plus. All in all, it was better than I expected and I can recommend it if you are looking for inexpensive accommodations in Chandler.

Nice. The front desk clerk was very helpful, but the hotel was a little hard to find.

I wouldn't stay here again. The place was run down and dirty. In one of our rooms we found someone's socks, a soda bottle, and snack wrappers in the room. The cleaning staff was observed sitting on a bed and watching TV in a room they were supposed to be cleaning.

No major problem, but staff could be more informed and infirmative.

My boyfriend and I went there to relax and visit and hang out with his buddies he had not seen in a long time. I had never been to Phoenix and booked the hotel. My boyfriend had lived there and was impressed at how close to his friends we were. Thank you for the wonderful weekend...We were happy to have found a nice hotel :)

We were in town for the finals of the Drag Boats at Firebird Raceway. The location was very close with only a 5 min drive involved. We arrived very late and the night manager was very helpful with directions from the airport and check in. Room was clean and spacious.

didn't stay long just one day until we left for sedona. Would of enjoyed myself, lots of shops and restraunts in the area

I thought The Extended Stay America was a good value for the money...The kitchen amenities were good, everything you need was there, in good order and clean!! The room was clean and well kept & the bed was ok for a standard king mattress. (No frills). The staff was friendly and professional. Had no problem getting extra coffee packets, soap etc. There are many dining options within a half mile radius. This is a no frills place, kind of like an efficiency apt...It's served our purposes well and we would stay there again.
