Pros: location right off the highway, down the street from beautiful winter park. We came for appts to advent health so this was convenient. Place is clean, beds are super soft, plenty of towels provided in room. Even a bottle of sanitizer provided as well. Breakfast was your simple grab and go. AC is cold. Cons: inconvenient for disabled. They’re missing a wheelchair (precious guest did not return), and although the lobby is on the first floor there’s still steps and a long ramp to get to the rooms. Accessible room has only one bed, so needed to get a regular room. Staff got us the closest available to the elevator but was still a walk. The grab bar in the shower is at a vertical angle and is small more like a towel rack. No grip on the bathtub so it’s slippery. The outlets are all loose, have to hold the plug into the outlet to use the microwave, and the remote control doesn’t work for the tv. Was stuck on one channel the entire stay. Hallway smells like marijuana.

I wish I was able to show photos that I took of the property. It was Terrible from check in process to check out.

Out comforter had a stain. The elevator smelled awful. We canceled our reservation and left.

It was a much better stay than I was expecting. The room was very spacious and clean. The fridge had problems the second night, but the staff helped us out right away despite the discovery of its non working status at after midnight. They replaced it, and let me keep our perishables in their fridge, marked with our room number.. Their breakfast has a good variety, and the hours are good for it being a free perk with the room. The bed! Oh, the bed! I have never slept in a more comfortable bed in a hotel! It was wonderful! Thanks for a great stay!

This was the worst stay i have ever had here. the air conditioner in the room broke, and the floor is soaked. very dangerous.. i went to have them fix it and they flipped the breaker? well this didnt work then went a second time same excuse. well i will never come back and will be requesting a refund.

Reasonable rates and clean room. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean.

We got there we were supposed to have a king bed in our room. We got two queens. When you walked into room it smelled like mildew it was terrible. It was gross and very unpleasant.

Very nice staff. Got two rooms, one of which had messy beds. Immediate apologies and a new room. Beds were very comfortable. Early checkout so no time to try breakfast. Overall, a good experience.

I had to change rooms 3 times due to cleanliness, non-smoking room smelling like smoke, and dissatisfaction. The elevators are extremely slow and on check out day, one failed to work (1). You can wall down the stairs but only to the 2nd floor then you have to exit to wait on the elevator because you cannot get to the lobby by stairway, a very unsafe situation in the event of a fire. The hotel needs someone looking at the little things, like decor, ambiance and smell, and also the big things like the bathtubs and mirrows need replacing...

The facility is getting worse every year. The place is turning into ghetto Orlando. I will never stay there again.

Property is very run down. Floors were dirty with much debris such as bits of paper, etc; railings loose, only one elevator worked. Our room was dirty with holes in the carpeting and drapes. Rug was wet near the AC/heater; smelled of mold and mildew. Front desk said hotel was sold out so they could do nothing; since we booked it through Orbitz they could not give a room credit. We asked if we could at least get a second pillow for the bed and they said they would send one up. Never happened. Morning staff said they don't have extras.

The fridge had problems the second night, but the staff helped us out right away despite the discovery of its non working status at after midnight. This was the worst stay i have ever had here. the air conditioner in the room broke, and the floor is soaked. very dangerous.. i went to have them fix it and they flipped the breaker? well this didnt work then went a second time same excuse. well i will never come back and will be requesting a refund.
