The hotel was very nice inside and out. Bar is a little pricey for drinks. My ac wasn’t the best I had it full blast and it didn’t do its job I was warm. But other than that I have no other complaints

Everything was first class and excellent. I only have one negative thing to say. The WiFi was lousy. We were attempting to broadcast a livestream after the trial we covered and the WiFi was terrible. Other than that, everything else was great.

We are so happy with our stay. From the time we checked in, we felt comfortable, and knew we made the best choice for our stay. It was a great touch to see our name on the tv when we walked in. It is also great walking distance from the park and farmers market on the weekend.

I stayed Twice in the last couple months. It was very clean and nice. I can’t remember her name but at the restaurant/bar the first time I went for a concert, and the bar hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing

The $45 valet fee was a surprise. It should be more clearly communicated in fees by either the property or hotels.com. The valet (which is the only parking option) took 8 minutes to retrieve our car even through we could see it closeby in the lot. The pool looks great but was bathtub temperature and not in the slightest bit refreshing. Very little shade on the hot roof so the area is essentially unusable. Also, there were ants in the room.

Great Location in Downtown Orlando! Great rooftop pool, Great Value! Perfect location to park the car and not need it again! Rooms are always very clean and building is nice and new!
