Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport at Gateway Village

Got a room right over the lobby. Had to listen to shuttles come and go all morning starting at around 0400 in the morning. Staff and breakfast were great.

We needed a place to stay after we missed our flights at MCO. This Hampton Inn was perfect - a terrific room and comfortable bed, all at the last minute. And shuttle back to the airport in the morning.

Was very pleasant, the complementary breakfast is always a good deal in my book. The bonefish restaurant next door has amazing food but servers kinda slow. The room was very spacious and since we had the 5th floor you could see out to the highway, we got to see the storm clouds come in

The hotel was great and management was wonderful. The breakfast was great except the sausage links, sausage patties and the sliced kielbasa links never tasted all the way cook. Other than that all the other food items and unlimited coffee was great.

Great hotel, service and comfortable beds. Great location. Close to restaurants and airport. Definitely staying here again.

This Hampton Inn is new, clean, and in fairly good shape. The lobby and breakfast area are spacious. The only downside for me was the parking. There were not enough spaces and guests were even forced to park in the grass to the side of the hotel. Internet connection was poor. Remember when it was fast and free? Now, it's spotty and you are put in an Internet caste system at Hampton Inns.

We picked this hotel because it was close to MCO. We were flying in late the night before leaving on a Disney cruise. This hotel location was great. Lots of dining choices very close to the hotel (some within walking distance) making a late dinner easy. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection of hot and cold choices. The staff at the Front Desk and at Breakfast were very nice and welcoming. The room had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

The hotel stay was quite nice as we needed a place near the airport. My wife thought the staff was excellent and the breakfast very good. The room was quiet and seemed quite new. Our only problem was a very weak WiFi signal that was also very slow.

Stayed here at the end of an 8 day trip to florida. Hotel is very clean, hotel staff friendly and location is perfect for those early morning flights. Great restaurants located within walking distance.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Very spacious room. I love staying at this location. Staff was friendly.

Great stay for a last minute booking. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean, bright, and comfortable. Excellent location - close to airport. At least 3 restaurants within 50 yards, and a lovely park within 1/2 mile.

I passed thru Orlando on business. Needed to be near the airport. Great location! Very clean and nice Hampton Inn.

Stayed overnight before a cruise. Easy to and from airport. Clean room. Friendly staff. Free breakfast and wifi. Our room had a shower not the usual tub and that may not work for families traveling to Orlando.

Everything was very good. Very friendly staff. So close to the airport that you can hear the jets taking off at 5 am.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient location for business travelers.

Close to airport, staff was an "11", parked and stayed.

This place is nothing special, but it is close to the airport :-)

Pros: very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms; no noticeable traffic or airport noise (at least on higher floors); very nice continental breakfast served from 6am-10am; clean and relaxing lobby; received best rate on this hotel compared to others around it; only 5-10 minutes north of airport; airport shuttle will also take you to grocery stores and restaurants around the hotel (after taking care of any priority airport runs), free Wi-Fi. On a more personal note, my family congratulated me on picking this hotel because they were so comfortable here. Cons: airport shuttle service could use some improvement. We were told the shuttle picked up every 15-20 minutes 24/7 and that we would not have to call, but we ended up waiting 40 minutes upon landing and had to call the hotel after seeing the shuttle drive by without stopping. Drivers make the effort with their customer service, though.

We booked this hotel based on online reviews. The hotel and room were clean and quitet. The shower was easy to use. We really enjoyed complimentaly breakfast. Omlet, bascon, waffle, fruits, and coffe were very good!!! We would stay again if we visit Orlando in the future.

So sorry to hear about the noise in the morning! I will find out what room you were in and investigate on the shuttle noise. Thanks so much for this valuable information!
