We paid extra for the falls view room, when we checked in the window was completely frozen and had zero view. Overall very nice hotel, beds were decent and across the street from IHOP with a fabulous view. Very convenient for exploring around the falls.

We specifically booked fallsview room but they gave us a room on the 5th floor which didn’t had a good view of the falls, The windows in the room were dirty and terrible so the view of the falls was not clear. I asked them if they could move us to an upper floor but they bluntly denied saying everything is booked.
