Excellent location, close to falls, good restaurant, lovely room.

Great location. We were in 1031, facing the city. It was a great view, 2 Queens and a sofabed in a nook. When we came back from touring the falls, the air conditioning leaked and our room had a funky smell. We were moved to 232, same room type but no view. I asked for a better room or view of the falls but they were booked. They could only offer a view of the parking lot or convention center. They comped is for breakfast the next day.

Great location, the falls view is worth the upgrade. Friendly staff, convenient parking, close to restaurants.

Great location - easy to walk to Falls and attractions

Staff was amazing - we had the whirlpool suite and it was a suite with a whirlpool right by the window. From the suite you had a amazing view of Horseshoe Falls with large windows. Was amazing stay with a great location.

We loved our 2 double beds room with full falls view! The view was beautiful from the 7th floor. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The jet soaked tub was nice too. Beds were very comfortable. Only thing we didn’t like was the small parking lot and the $28 fee to park there overnight.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My daughter had a fractured ankle and the front desk help, Alex, was super helpful. She sent up a co-worker who had some medical training to help my daughter get situated. They were great.

The Location was great. The check in was good and they are very helpful when you need to park. You may want to note the appearance of the front desk staff is quite poor. Morning Noon and Night. They almost appear disheveled. I guess its a busy time of year and they are running ragged. The guys in the lot, and the operations crew walk around looking neater and cleaner that the front desk crew. The cleaning staff was not on the ball. They leave garbage in the pails and never vacuumed that we could tell. The room keys had to be re-programmed twice because they stopped working. other than that its not bad its just not a 4 star Hotel. On the brighter side, The Bed was very comfortable, the view was nice, The air conditioner works impeccably, though it looks like it was ransacked for parts. The Gym is small but every piece of equipment worked. It would have been nice if the water cooler had cups in the cup holder but at least it had cold water for our water bottles so we could keep working out. Suggestions: when you give someone a room with Jacuzzi Tub you should give them a little bottle of bubble bath. I know it doesn't sound like much but it would make it nicer. When you provide rooms with no overhead lighting you should provide lamps that are bright enough to see what you are doing.

This hotel relies heavily on the view to attract customers. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, and the view of Horseshoe Falls is great! Only better view would probably be the Marriott that is just in front of the Radisson. Parking is pretty easy, and moderately priced at $25/nt - at least when compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel could definitely use updates, and I wasn't always convinced that things were very clean. From the time we checked-in to the time we checked-out, there were crushed up potato chips on the floor, so obviously no one had bothered to vacuum. Also, the tissue dispenser was empty for our entire stay. Bed and bath linens had stains, and were generally dingy. The window blind mechanisms to raise and lower were broken, and the carpeting was coming up. All in all, we enjoyed our time, and really loved the view. I'm not sure another comparably priced hotel in the area, with the same view, would be much better. I think hotels get lazy about upkeep when supply is limited and demand is continuously high.
