I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was not great. The heater in my room was not working for the entire day. I notified staff and was told it would be fixed, but hours passed without any resolution. Because of the cold temperature, I ended up getting quite sick. They eventually moved me to another room, which I appreciated, but unfortunately that room was also cold and did not resolve the issue entirely. Overall, the lack of proper heating and the delay in fixing the problem made my stay very uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these heating issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

From the moment we walked in til the time we left the staff was truly amazing! I’ve never had such a warm greeting like I had this weekend.they have a restaurant right on the property no need to go outside. First time ever to eat at a Turtle Jacks and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I will definitely be staying there again.

The staff was great! The gentleman at check-in was soo funny and the woman at checkout was very sweet. The only things I can think of that were 'weird'(I worked in the hotel industry for 20+ years) was that there was no heat in the hallways? That was a first. And I wasn't able to charge our dinner at the restaurant to our room. It's attached to the hotel so why not offer that? None are a make or break and everything else was great!
