For the amount of money we paid for 3 nights, the carpet was ripped, there was a yellow stain on my comforter. It was dingy, you couldn’t see out the windows for the falls view with the dew build up. There was paint fill in all on the walls. The laminate was coming off the end stands. It felt like I was at a 1980s frat house at the beach, not an expensive Canadian hotel! Second time staying. First time it I was so happy! I don’t know what happened in two years!!

The staff were great, but we ran out of Kleenex and no spare, the door to the bathroom squeaked and for $350 per night there should two bottles of water in the room.
