Holiday Inn New Orleans West Bank Tower

Reservations were easy, staff very friendly and accommodating. From the moment you walk in the front door you can smell the clean. The rooms were just as clean. The rooms were spacious with the exception of the bathroom. The vanity area was big but when you shut the door to the toilet it is tight and there is no ventilation but the shower is spacious. I did have a conversation with a couple in the evlavator that complained of the traffic noise, my room was on the back side so I didn't experience that but thought it is a need to know for future guests. Take the Ferry ($2) across the river. It will be a lot of walking but you will safe time and money in finding parking and it just takes a few minutes.

My husband wanted to stay downtown . I'm from the New Orleans west bank and convinced him to try the Holiday Inn I always drove by when growing up. He was won over and we'll stay @ Holiday Inn Westbank again.

We stayed on 2nd floor facing the highway. But room was very clean. Hotell staff was very pleasant. B the pool want very big. But no one really use it much. Overall no complaints.

Arrived to check in @~4-5pm Thursday, June 22nd The lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name) was very nice & friendly. She welcomed us to the hotel & to New Orleans! Gave us a run down on what's in & around the hotel, gave us brochures re hot spots & various tours in town! The hotel is in Gretna but only takes 6-10 mins (depending on traffic) to get to the Convention Center in New Orleans! Will recommend this hotel to family & friends!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had booked a room somewhere else but cancelled to stay here. I will not stay anywhere in this area besides here. We stayed for five days and enjoyed every minute. Love the breakfast and room service. We were sad to have to leave. Our room was very nice with a view of the bridge and lights of the city. I can not say anything bad about our stay here.

Great room..great price....excellent location...friendly staff...nice size room...over all a win win situation...

Stayed here for four nights with my friends for jazz fest. It's not too far from the French Quarter (uber was about $13 one way). Really nice staff and clean rooms. We're probably going to stay here next year.

Good hotel by the Mississippi bridge with easy access to French Quarter by cab

If you rent a car, great hotel to drive to the Algiers point ferry and just take that across to the French Quarter. Only $2 per person each way, versus the crazy parking fees and struggles near the Quarter. Hotel was clean, quiet and easy to find. Staff was friendly. Room was good sized. Bathroom area isn't real roomy, but to be expected from a round tower.

Room had a very nice closet, fridge, couch, and king bed. The only thing I didn't like was hat my room faced the freeway so there was some traffic noise. But it didn't bother me enough to switch rooms.

Great stay for one night at Holiday Inn. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was nice and the fitness room was a plus. Good value!

Great customer service ! Very helpful with directions and tips for being tourist .

The hotel is very nice. Staff friendly. Restaurant expensive for what you get. AND WE HAD SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT GO MISSING FROM OUR ROOM. Left us to wonder about returning.

The staff was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. No complaints at all. We will be back.

had a great experience at this location. rooms were big and comfy. very clean. Staff was very accommodating. have no regrets. will stay there on my next trip.

This is an historic hotel with limited amenities, but a nice stay. The basics plus a mini fridge. Location was great, could walk anywhere, anytime of day.

The hotel was clean. Perfect location to the cruise port. The food in the hotel lobby was excellent. Will most definitely come back.

Great location for work on the west bank area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is for the price, breakfast should be free for all guest.

Great service, great staff, will definitely come back!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff courteous and very nice. Great service.

Hi Skygypsy, Thanks so much for your business and kind review of our property. Sorry you experienced some traffic noise due to where your room was located. I'm happy it wasn't so bad you needed to move but thanks for pointing out that as an option. Many of our rooms experience absolutely no noise but the views aren't as good. I appreciate you sharing that so future guests understand that they do have options. Again, we so appreciate the fact that you entrusted us with your business and do hope you think of us when next you visit our area. Very best wishes, Dustin Floyd General Manager
