I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was small but varied. The room was perfectly clean and acceptable. The only negative is that the area was a little sketchy and so were the clientele. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

I did not like the size of the beds. They were twin size instead of full like the picture showed on the website. There were also roaches in the room. During check in into the room, I found a dirty towel in the bathroom.
This location is in a dangerous part of New Orleans. We were not aware of that until we arrived and my daughter became concerned of our safety. We had men drinking and parting inches from our door. The facility is in poor repair. Some of the fixture in the bathroom were broken. The security latch was broken and jammed our door; the attendant had to use a crowbar to open our door. The photos of the hotel do not tell the real story.

Nothing at all house keeping never showed up to clean my room but the day I had to check out that’s when they want to clean it was only two of the staff that was nice the rest are crack heads and very rude I will never stay at this hotel ever again and I will not recommend it to anyone that’s how bad it is
The ac in my room was not working properly. The room smelled like smoke.
