Great location for all activities in Nashville. Hotel breakfast was great and the pool, hot tub area were very comfortable.

Room furnishings were very barren. The bathroom door latch would not close. Upon arrival there was a water bug on the shower floor. The ventilator fan in the bathroom was very loud. Probably needs to be replaced. For the amount of money for the room, it was not a good value.

After some of the places we stayed at on our road trip, this hotel was a breath of fresh air! It was attractively decorated, clean (the bathroom literally smelled freshly cleaned!), the staff was super friendly, the beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, and the pool & hot tub were great.

Nice pool. Super friendly staff. Very new and clean hotel. Make sure you check out Germantown ...

6 girls shared a room with pull out couch and two beds. Hotel was really nice and only about 15 minutes from downtown Nashville ($20ish cab ride). Locations was nice, but would have liked to have been closer to downtown. Staff was exceedingly nice, breakfast was delicious, and hotel was clean and really nice.

We didn't party in the room. But it was close enough to the places that we wanted to go that the taxis were very cheap. The hotel staff was friendly. Frankly, I don't remember returning to the room that night but when I woke up, the check out process was very easy. I would recommend this hotel to someone else for sure. And I admit that I was very nervous because on the map it looked a little bit far from the bar and club we wanted to go to.

This was a great stay for us (family with teenage boys) while on a tourist trip to Nashiville . Although its on the north side of town, it was only a few minutes (less than 10) drive to Downtown and nearby places we wanted to visit. Nice amenities, including a laundry room, which we used to dry our clothing and towels after arrival from a whitewater rafting trip. Very convenient! Room was very clean, with comfortable beds. Suite style with two large flat panel HD TVs, sofa, desk, kitchenette area with Microwave and Fridge. Indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub, and a fitness center. The staff was very nice and pleasant. One night after returning late from Downtown the parking lot was completely full (due to two pickup trucks with trailers taking up 10 spaces) but the friendly night clerk moved her personal car to allow us a space to park. Plus a delicious hot breakfast, with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc., and a nice afternoon/evening treat: free cookies in the lobby. They were really good (Otis Spunkmeyer, I think). Not the most inexpensive hotel, we paid $150.00 per night) but it's in a safe neighborhood (North Metro Office Park) and its much less expensive than downtown hotels with similar amenities and it's only a short drive. If you insist on being able to walk from your hotel to downtown sights and attractions, you can pay $350.00 per night for one of downtown hotels, but your room won't be any better than here. Overall a great value and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. 12345

Great for a family to stay a couple of nights. Pretty much a plain ordinary hotel room.

Overall great location and hotel. It is a little out dated, but still a great value. The staff was very polite and helpful!! The staff makes this a hotel to stay on a long business trip.

Clean, suite type room, safe location. A little far from downtown Nashville, no shuttles but plenty of parking in town. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Decent hotel. The breakfast was not good.

My daughter and I rocked out at U2 and then retreated to peace and quiet. Great location less than 5 minutes from downtown. Suite was clean and comfortable.

Average

Hotel was clean and relatively nice. Small closet but room itself was spacious. Would have been a problem if I stayed longer. Hotel is close to downtown but with free parking and internet. It was an easy and quick drive to the Bridgestone arena. Breakfast was only ok but it was free!

Went to a wedding. Fine hotel for the price.

We checked-in about 8:45 pm. Upon entering the hotel, everything looked very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as I was coming in the door. Check-in was flawless. We chose Spring Hill suites because it was close to downtown (only about 2.5 miles) but the price was more budget friendly. The room was very nice--we had a king size bed and there was a sitting area with a sofa, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was also a nice size, with the sink on the outside, so I could do my makeup, while my husband was in the shower. We called the front desk around 9:00 pm, to see how we could get a cab (we were going to the bars downtown to meet friends) and they called a cab for us, even calling our room at 9:25 to let us know the cab was here. The staff was very eager to help, so just make sure you let them know if you need something. It was in a quiet area of town, but felt very safe. The cab was only $12 to get downtown ($24 round-trip) and well worth the money. Breakfast was served from 6:30-10:00 and was really good--they had waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, danish rolls, cereal, oatmeal--a very good variety. Check-out was very easy. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Nashville.

Wonderful service, facilities & atmosphere!

The service at the Springhill Suits was more than noteworthy…which I think is to be expected at any hotel, wasn't the best price for one night. However it was an nice experience! I was sold.

The first night we stayed we had a room with two full beds instead of the king that we requested. The hotel staff arranged for us to change rooms the second night. The continintal breakfast was very good and the staff showed us typical southern hospitality.
