It was dated, carpet was very stained. We had dirty sheets on the pull out bed. Our friends stayed in another room and theirs was a little cleaner looking. Overall for the price I wouldn’t stay again.

Surprisingly disappointing. Our room’s most obvious feature was a broken hide-a-bed, left half open because it wouldn’t shut. The actual bed was comfortable and well made, but the floors didn’t appear to have been thoroughly vacuumed, given the amount of change and snacks I found when I got down to retrieve a dropped pen. The breakfast was basic due to grab and go CoVid format but was sufficient for nutrition. But the final disappointments were upon returning from a long day touring in cold drizzle, to find that our room had not been made up. And the tiny exercise room was posted as closed for mysterious, not obvious, repairs.

Spacious clean and comfortable. No complaints

This is in a nice business area, away from the madness of downtown. A ride-share to and from downtown will cost less than parking there. The staff is friendly. However because of continued COVID protocols, the grab-and-go breakfast selection is pretty lean.

Nice place and has a fantastic shower

Overpaid for dirty carpet and slow internet, half time trouble getting on and paid for parking open to the public

They did not bring towels ( you had to go get them) & I did not realize I had to pay for parking. Free breakfast was just fruit or yogurt, coffee was terrible

The last time I stayed at this property. The suite was bigger and had a clock and this one did not. I thought that was strange there was no way to find out what time it was. The other room was quieter also. I should have asked for a room away from the elevator and the ice machine. It seems that's where people like to gather to talk. Other than these two things it was okay.

Great location. Great room size. good price. great breakfast. Lots of extras. Friendly & helpful staff

Great Price. Convenient location. Trendy updated decor. Only complaint... not as clean as it could be

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was nice.

The property seems very dated. When we checked in, the front desk guy (tall slender wearing glasses) had an attitude. It felt like he just does not like his job. We tried to overlook it. I was there for business and brought my family for them to see the sights of Nashville. Our room was not cleaned for a few days. The housekeeping manager was beyond helpful and exceeded in offering great customer service. The same guy at the front desk lied about my wife telling housekeeping she didn't need them, kept interrupting when i would try to talk, just a total disaster. Due to him and him alone, the company i was there for has removed Springhill Suites from their proferred list of hotels and noone representing this company or its subsidiaries will be staying at one of these locations. For just about $20 more per night our stay would have been much nicer. We were grateful for the housekeeping manager but one bad apple can spoil everything. For business the location is good, for pleasure you have to uber or drive to get anywhere. Nothing in walking distance.

Location was good. Facilities were fine . No issues

Size of suite. Comfortable bed and couch, clean room and bathroom. Room temperature was perfect

Overall, the hotel was pretty great. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice pool, and staff was nice. I just wish we didn't have to be interrupted in our rooms for tv replacements and the coffee is very weak. I bought coffee off property. That's how bad I couldn't drink it.

Our hotel was conveniently located and was large enough to provide adequate comfort.
