staff abrupt and unfriendly. Room furnishings dirty, stained. Sad little coffee machine and only one cup etc, etc. Paid $500 for small suite and not worth the money given all the issues. They need to work on their act, lots of competition.
The only issue was not knowing that we had to phone to get the airport shuttle.
