The staff were all very nice and hospitable. I didn’t expect a mini apartment! The continental breakfast was pleasant and filling. Only complaint was a dirty tub, a few different areas with small but noticeable stain on the wall, and one male staff who made me uncomfortable while enjoying the pool with my children.

Very old looking... Bed was the best part - Bathroom old tub had patches in it Carpet was old and very dirty. Pool was green... The whole place Needs a lot of work!!!!! Hard to believe Best Western has there name on it...
The room was nice and clean. The one thing we didn't like were the stairs that led to the second floor, where our room was were in very bad shape--rusted and bulging. It would be very easy to fall going up or down them, so we felt that they were unsafe.
The place was disgusting. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Bathroom wasn’t mopped. Tub had mold. Mirror was filthy. Nothing was wiped down. Couldn’t walk on the carpet without shoes. For the price, it should have better upkeep.
The drive up to hotel wasn’t very welcoming. Pool covered for look dangerous. The staff was friendly and some of the restrictions due to Covid aren’t their fault but the facility could be better maintained for the cost.
Hotel was a nice basic hotel room with good air conditioner, sufficient amenities in room, decently comfy beds, and good pillows. It was perfect for our needs of a place to catch some sleep and shower on our drive. The breakfast was good for grabbing something quick and hitting the road.

Difficult to get to from highway. No elevator only exterior stairs that are not covered. No on/ off switch on light. Older model tv that didn’t swivel. Very low water pressure. Toilet paper holder coming out of wall.

Arrived after long day driving, hotel staff mumbled directiins to room had to ask twice. Got to room mattress had at least one dead bug and pillow case had hair on it like it had not been changed counters had smear of some kind of cleaning look but you shouldnt see smears if clean in my opinion Need to take extra time to take care of rooms and customers
We stayed one night and the hotel was o.k. Room was clean enough (carpet could use a good cleaning); bed and bathroom were clean. Be aware there is NO ELEVATOR for 2nd floor.
This hotel felt lucious compared to my other choices on this road trip. Bed was very comfortable. Location was quiet.

Room is not good. But good location. It says 3 stars hotel, but did not value like it. Don't have rollway bed and swimming pool is not clean enough.
It was very late (after 2 a.m.) and I was quite tired when I arrived having traveled all day. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and efficient at check-in. After parking my car, I began walking to my room and was accosted by a pan handler, an obvious drug addict, in the parking lot. I turned him away and proceeded to my room. The room felt dank and musty and smelled like cigarettes. The bed smelled like cigarettes. Had I not been so exhausted and had it not been so late, I'd have left and taken my chances somewhere else.
The room was very clean and the full breakfast was also nice to have. The staff was also friendly and very accommodating. The entrance was a bit inconvenient to navigate and the bath was rather small; however, overall it was a good choice for us.
