The perfect place to enjoy Hawaii - private beach, oceanfront restaurant, and private pool and hot tub near beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is big enough to do basic cooking for a vacation getaway. View from balcony was AMAZING. This resort has everything you need.
The resort looks beautiful, well groomed, great staff, welcoming. Our room was well located for us but parking was hard to find in our small lot.
I paid for the "Beach Front" suite... we got the second floor Ocean View suite. The view was beautiful, but not what was described. The property is old, 1960s? Maybe renovated 10 years ago? But you could hear everything your neighbors were saying. Privacy was non existant, as people put their lawnchairs on the large GRASS area in front of our "beachfront" suite, avle to look straight into our room.
We have found our new favorite place of all times when we go to Maui, which is often ! Napili Kai Resort is the perfect location to completely relax and take in all the water activities for the whole family. The rooms are well appointed, the staff friendly, the location is to die for ! What a view ! The bay is fabulous and the snorkeling terrific ! The waves lap in slowly in one section for little ones, the middle part of the bay’s beach has a fun slide and roll for the older kids, and the bay is perfect for stand up Paddleboarding. Something for everyone !
Property is right on the beach with multiole pools. We were there during the State Covid shut down. The staff kept all areas, snack bar and restaurant open with take out only service. All the staff very friendly.

Hotel room was right on the beach, with incredible views. The ocean view studio was spacious, included a kitchenette with a full refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and helped accommodate any requests we had. The beach never felt crowded and the whole experience was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
We love this property. Please keep it in the old Hawaiian tradition. The putting party, mai tai party, lei making, basket weaving, local eateries, please do not change a thing.
Laid back vibe. Free parking! Right on the beach. Mai tai evening. Great shower water pressure...but no tub. Provided snorkel equipment was nice.
The beach was great and you can snorkel off of it too.
Fantastic stay at Napili Kai! I would recommend this Resort to anyone wanting a great room, comfy bed and great service. The view was spectacular and the grounds beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.
During our stay there was no water for whole night, we called the front desk and they said go out take bath the front desk person was rude and there was no proper communication about the water outage.
the room was beautiful. the view was amazing! the staff was very friendly. i qish they could have had more dining options, but, i will recommend this property to anyone and everyone. Amazing vacation.
Pool staff was agressive and harassing because we didn’t have our hotel pool towels with us on the beach. We were accused of using someone else’s beach chair that we brought down that morning. We had to give them our name and room number and they left us alone. The whole experience put a damper on the beach experience.
