It checks all the boxes for a beach stay. Great property. One of a shrinking number of Old Sarasota locations that don’t feel like they were built last week from materials found in the “contractor’s specials” section at Home Depot. Would absolutely stay again!

Cute little villa in the middle of everything. Easy access to the beach with carts and bikes available. Everios within walking distance which made it easy to get around and not having to worry about driving and parking. The villas are cozy and had everything we needed including a cooler bag, ice and beach chairs and towels. I would recommend this place and will look to return again.

The property was fantastic for our needs, compact but everything we needed was there, very clean and a fantastic location to beach, bars and shops. Staff were brilliant and helpful, beach trolleys, chairs and cooler brilliant idea.

There are no dressers so you have to lay yiur clothes on the floor. Light switch behind microwave. No place for cosmetics in bathroom. Have to stand in bathroom to open fridge. Workers in pool both days. Sucked.

Kind knowledgeable staff. Perfect location. One minute walk to a beautiful beach. We had a wagon to put coolers chairs to go to the white sandy beach. Beautiful sunset saw manatee and dolphins right in front of us. Definitely be back.
