We loved the resort atmosphere. It was peaceful and relaxing--just what we were looking for. The drinks are pretty expensive, but that was literally the only downside to the whole trip. It is close to anything you want to do in the Keys.

It was okay overall but the experience did not match the price. Drinks were average and very expensive. Food was overpriced and sub par. The grounds were beautiful but the beach was dirty and rocky. Overall I would not come back

Property newly renovated, felt fresh and new. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We made use of the courtesy shuttle to get to some local bars and restaurants. Pool area was great, lots of chairs and towels readily available. Water temperature was perfect.

Nos gustó mucho primero porque hay mucha tranquilidad y eso era lo que queríamos la comida y desayuno muy rico el servicio muy bueno lo que no nos gustó es que no pudimos bañarnos en la playa ya que no está bien cuidada por lo demás todo muy bien

Everything was great, however we seemed to have a bad ant problem in our room. Also I feel like the resort needs more lighting for night time. The pool is open until 10pm but it’s extremely dark around the pool and the poor employee in the towel cabana was using a cell phone light to fold pool towels for guests. Also traveling with small children I would like to see some lighting around the activity areas and potentially leaving the activity area (mini golf course) open after sunset (to play after dinner) and to be able to use the other outdoor activities after dark also.

There was a lot of confusion with times and availability of amenities. We were given three different times for us of paddle boards and golfing. There was trash floating in the water had plastic wrap around my foot while kayaking. They were cleaning things up when we left so probably a one off. The staff was amazing for the most part. Alex at the restaurant was the best. Overall was a relaxing peaceful time. Neighbor smoking a cigar in the evening was a big downer too

La propiedad es bella la vista al mar espectacular las habitaciones super comodas y bonitas al igual que la como y huele muy bien todo es perfecto hasta que se ve empañado por el servicio al cliente tan deficiente es una lastima los empleados tienen una actitud que no les importa nada a excepcion del front desk y de Briana que tienen muy buen servicio al cliente y lo hacen sentir a uno bienvenido los demas deben recibir un entrenamiento para mejor y asi sera el lugar perfecto para visitar de nuevo.
