This was such a fun option in beautiful Key West. The hotel gives you the option of staying inside the mansion in 1 of 15 rooms or as we did - by staying in 1 of the 3 bungalows along side the pool area. We also tried the famous lobster pizza from Seaside Cafe located on the grounds of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and very attentive during our stay.
The property is very historic, clean with great views. Nice quiet pool area and your only a few block away from tons of restaurants. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful. Really happy with our decision to stay here.

It's beautiful and one of the nicest houses on Key West. It has a great history. The pool is heated and available 24 hours a day. No children under 18 which was nice for the pool. The breakfast was very good especially the quiche.
Walk up every morning to the sound of the Caribbean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. Pool was nice. I didn't want to leave.

The property was beautiful, with a pool and view of the ocean. It was colorful, old mansion, but in great shape. The employees obviously take pride in keeping it looking beautiful. The location was also fantastic, right on Duval Street.
Lovely hotel with antique character in great location
The house was built in 1897 and has vast amount of rich history; from being the mansion of Florida's first millionaire, to a speakeasy where All Capone was almost asassinated, to a favorite vacation spot for many US presidents. Besides the history, it is very relaxing here. The pool is very clean and has amazing views of the ocean. The staff there are on top of their game and do their best to make sure you have an amazing experience.
Fantastic place to relax with friendly staff and nice amenities on the ocean. New food service was a 11 out of 10 stars. Located at the end of Duval Street but close enough if you're looking for the action of downtown, also a few steps away from the Southern pillar.
