Clean rooms, nice property. Pool is small but looked nice and clean. Nice view of the ocean at the edge of the property. No beach. Did not use the pool. Buffet breakfast was advertised and mentioned at check-in. Was not what I would call a buffet. It was a minimal continental breakfast at best. Bread, bagels, dry cereal, oatmeal, boiled eggs, coffee, milk, and one flavor of yogurt singles.

We were suppose to have pool villa. No view of the pool from our room. Did get $100 off our stay. Pool was dirty. Continental breakfast was good. Need railings in room for stairs. Need table lamp in living room. Shared balcony. Was woken up by loud music on balcony at 11 pm one night.

Really liked overall. Outdoor porch was awesome. Really close to Robbies, though a little treck to Bahia Honda, if you're looking for nice beaches. One or two odd things. First there was no light in the living room. So I had to keep the light on in the kitchen. Also there was only 1 lamp next to the bed & no bedroom light besides this. It would have also been nice if there was a stove & pots/pans/silverware, etc. Finally there really is no beach. Boat dock, but not really a beach. But otherwise really great & would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was terrible. The shower curtain smelled and we have to tell the receptionist to have our room cleaned. Not what I expected at all. The rooms should be cleaned everyday. In the 3 nights we stayed there it was only cleaned once and that was after so many requests. Will not recommend not stay there ever again

Yes my room was neglected it was ver small our beds was very uncomfortable i went there with my family for a few days vacation all we did was sleep in the room it was not a good eexperience at all. The pool view room was a great location and layout. The room was dirty, our feet turned black walking around. We had to ask multiple times a day for clean towels, they kept telling us they were short on towels. 1 roll of toilet paper for the family for our stay. The morning coffee and grab and go breakfast was nice. Good location, nice restaurant across the street and around the neighborhood.

The room looked nothing like the photos. I thought I was getting a waterfront resort, and they had me in a tiny building by a highway that wasn’t much better than a motel 6. I couldn’t wait to get out of here. I wouldn’t recommend—especially at the price we paid.

For the price of one night, the floors could have been mopped while the room was being prepared for our stay. I couldn’t believe how dirty the floor was! I took the cloth that I used to clean the floor to the front desk and was given a simple apology!

This doesn’t seem like a resort, I paid for an upgraded size double queen room, they placed me in a building right on the highway. Our beds were about 50 feet from loud truck traffic thru the night and morning. The room smelled like cigarettes. They are old rooms. We saw no beach. There is a sitting area on tall rocks, it would be unsafe to try to swim there. It would be unsafe to kayak there.
