Really nice lobby and location if you are like me and like to walk. Rooms great, big and comfy. $40 per night for parking, but that is Los Angeles.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very clean room.

Horrible service!! Dont try to show off being an expensive hotel by showing off a Rolls Royce!! Rude staffs too.

Very nice hotel, yet when my friend and i booked a room, we paid for a double bed, with a nice view. Instead we received a single bed and not a good view. The receptionist told us that that was the only room left! Excuse me, we paid for a double bed! Him saying a kind bed cost more than what we paid. We took it since we had already paid, but they need to actually work on the reservation. If a room is reserved in advance, and paid full in advance, the least is receive what was paid for.

Check in was suuuuuper fast. I even got to check in a hour early. The valet is friendly and fast. The rooms are really nice and modern. I would definitely stay here again hands down

Stayed here for a few nights while attending an event at the staples center. In walking distance to the arena. Short drive or train ride to Hollywood walk of fame. Nice hotel for a few nights.

We were in town for a wedding and chose this hotel bc it was close to venue. This hotel lobby Entrance is elegant, however the main entrance off the one way street sucked. Staff was quick and friendly. The room was standard with a grassy rooftop and freeway ramp view. The fridge wasn't very cold and the bathroom wasn't too clean nor did it have enough towels for 2 guests. The beds were comfortable but the lighting was too dim for me bc it made it difficult to apply make up. Overall a 3/5 rating is not horrible but it's also not the greatest.

Very good value for downtown LA. Restaurant is good but fairly expensive. The only negative is the dim lighting in the vanity area which makes it hard to put on make-up.

Amazing place and clean! Right in the heart of museum district. Loved the lobby_ it was huge and elegant.

Not only is the hotel beautiful, but it is within walking distance of the Staples Center and most of the downtown restaurants and bars.

First Trip to LA, hotel is in a good location near downtown shops and easy access by 10-15 min walk from metro system. The hotel and staff were excellent and welcoming, they were responsive to guest requests and followed up to make sure that things that were requested actually happened. Metro was efficient way of getting to most of the places I wanted to go (e.g. Santa Monica) and some were easily within walking distance of the hotel. Downtown was surprisingly walking friendly.

The room was completely up to date, clean, large windows, and a coffee maker. The hotel had a pool and workout room as well. It is conveniently located and we would definitely stay here again.

No issues, from entry to exit .. all went perfect!

Clean room, nice decor, lobby area is very nice with a lot of space, complimentary wifi (lobby only)

This is a GREAT hotel! I was a little leery based on some reviews but I had NO issues and would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious, up to date and clean.

Awesome hotel! They are currently doing some construction on the elevators, so there is a bit of a wait at times. Would still stay there again.

Everything was excellent except valet employees needs to be more polite.

Wonderful, pretty hotel, all services were good. Park across the street

We stayed for 2 nights and it was an ok stay. They are doing some type of remodel so the there were only 2 elevators available all weekend which made for very long waits getting up and down from our room. The overall size of the room was decent but they desperately need to work on the ventilation system. There is no fan in the bathroom and the room gets very stuffy as soon as AC is turned down. The quality of the towels if pretty poor- they felt like thin

The only thing this hotel has for it is the location that is close to the convention center. The rooms were decent enough no complaints there. The problem we did have is that the elevators were being worked on the entire stay so we had to use the service elevators which are terribly slow and smell horrible. Also they had people banging on pipes and fixing things starting at 7am that we could here for hours.
