Anniversary and went to Disney Concert Hall. Location was great.

Everything was fantastic until I decided to check the bed sheets and they were def not clean. Someone slept there before me, there was a hair and fake tan marks.... the staff was nice and helpfull but this completly ruined my experience at this hotel.. probably will come back but will change the sheets myself before going to sleep.

AC unit broken, we got back late to the room so just delay with it, it was super hot couldn’t sleep well. When we checked out and let them know what happened, they would not offer any compensation, they said we should have called. Just based on level of customer service never return.

Lobby and restaurant kept rvery nice...looks up to date luxurious but room experience did not match. My room 628 looked s but run down.

My wife and I stayed there as a weekend getaway. If we did it again, we might select another hotel.

We got the junior suite that faced the highway, so the highway traffic was a bit loud, but other than that, our room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

Located close to great restaurants and transportation (metro lines). Nice quiet room, but would stay away from the restaurants in house, much better outside the hotel.

The checkin person was kind and helpful. The room had a nice view. The room was a double. It was smaller than expected. There was only one set of towels. The shower door was broken. I had to search for the toilet tissue. The door didn't close properly. The barista was nice but, bless his heart, very slow. Check out was smooth and the valet person was helpful.

My experience was terrible. After arriving to the airport I got a text telling me that I cannot stay at the LA hotel and have been placed somewhere else. This was a major inconvenience because I chose the hotel for its location. I will never use Orbitz again.

Really nice lobby and location if you are like me and like to walk. Rooms great, big and comfy. $40 per night for parking, but that is Los Angeles.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very clean room.

Horrible service!! Dont try to show off being an expensive hotel by showing off a Rolls Royce!! Rude staffs too.

Very nice hotel, yet when my friend and i booked a room, we paid for a double bed, with a nice view. Instead we received a single bed and not a good view. The receptionist told us that that was the only room left! Excuse me, we paid for a double bed! Him saying a kind bed cost more than what we paid. We took it since we had already paid, but they need to actually work on the reservation. If a room is reserved in advance, and paid full in advance, the least is receive what was paid for.

Check in was suuuuuper fast. I even got to check in a hour early. The valet is friendly and fast. The rooms are really nice and modern. I would definitely stay here again hands down

Stayed here for a few nights while attending an event at the staples center. In walking distance to the arena. Short drive or train ride to Hollywood walk of fame. Nice hotel for a few nights.

We were in town for a wedding and chose this hotel bc it was close to venue. This hotel lobby Entrance is elegant, however the main entrance off the one way street sucked. Staff was quick and friendly. The room was standard with a grassy rooftop and freeway ramp view. The fridge wasn't very cold and the bathroom wasn't too clean nor did it have enough towels for 2 guests. The beds were comfortable but the lighting was too dim for me bc it made it difficult to apply make up. Overall a 3/5 rating is not horrible but it's also not the greatest.

Very good value for downtown LA. Restaurant is good but fairly expensive. The only negative is the dim lighting in the vanity area which makes it hard to put on make-up.

Amazing place and clean! Right in the heart of museum district. Loved the lobby_ it was huge and elegant.

Not only is the hotel beautiful, but it is within walking distance of the Staples Center and most of the downtown restaurants and bars.

First Trip to LA, hotel is in a good location near downtown shops and easy access by 10-15 min walk from metro system. The hotel and staff were excellent and welcoming, they were responsive to guest requests and followed up to make sure that things that were requested actually happened. Metro was efficient way of getting to most of the places I wanted to go (e.g. Santa Monica) and some were easily within walking distance of the hotel. Downtown was surprisingly walking friendly.
