Clean and convenient for stay after going to concert at Staples Center.

It was ok for the price but probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Surrounding areas made us a little uncomfortable.

Very clean room, very small room (about the size of an average room in a home). Nothing by special about the property so only pick for location and cleanliness.

the only thing nice i have to say is the maids were very nice and helpful.

Hated the stay here, stinks, not true description in pics.

We have stayed at this hotel over 5 times. We love it because of the location. Very close to Staples Center/LA convention center (bus ride away). The main reason for staying here is the free parking. Many other hotels in downtown LA charge for parking and glad that this one doesn't. Throughout our stays the rooms are a bit lacking aside from the 1 double queen room we stayed in once which was very nice compared to the many other times we stayed in a single King room. This is our go to place for when we attend conventions or concerts.

I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. It's good for the buck. What is troublesome is the location. Lots of homeless and beggars in the area. Lots of mentally disturbed people at fast food joints. Police gets called to remove someone pretty much daily. It was OK to walk the streets during the day. Not so much returning back to the hotel from the nearby Metro station.

There are LESSER hotels/motels across street/next door/nearby. THIS is the best and safest, cleanest place to stay in this area, in my opinion (and I booked here based upon similar statements in other reviews). There were loud people at Anime Expo staying here, management would address ANY concerns you may have. Our room was very quiet, very safe, there is a main elevator, so the front desk staff see anyone coming/going. Main parking garage is well lit, underbuilding and STAFFED. SAFE feeling - back opens to alleyway, but there's also an employee residence near back, so, it's still very safe feeling, and very well lit. Breakfast was a nice touch - Bagels, toast, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, hot and cold cereal, coffee, teas, juices (more than continental). Buffet style. (There's more that I am forgetting here). There was a nice selection for it being included, and the restaurant staff did a GREAT JOB of keeping everything clean and well stocked. THANKS.

TV IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING, WHEN CALLED TO THE FRONT DESK, THEY SAID IN 10 MIN SOME ONE WILL COME BUT NO ONE CAME TO FIX IT. WE CAME BACK LATE AND STILL THE TV WAS NOT WORKING. WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND THE GUY TOLD US THEY CAN CHANGE THE ROOM, WE WERE SO TIRED THAT DAY AND DIDN'T WANT TO CHNGE THE ROOM. NEXT MORNING WHEN TOLD THE MANAGER, THE MANAGER WAS RUDE , STARTED MAKING ARGUMENT AND DENIED THAT THERE WAS ANY CALL RECIEVED IN THE MORNING. NOT HAPPY.

The main receptionist who booked us in gave me one breakfast pass even though we should have received three. The next morning I went to tell her that I only had one pass and she begin to get defensive and argumentative about it. She accused us of losing our breakfast passes and told us its an extra charge if we lose it again. What ever happened to great customer service? Nearly more han half of he staff have the same attitude as their manager. Broken AC on our floor that they never came back to fix. 90 degrees was not comfortable at all and not worth the price of the hotel. $800 for three days just to get treated like children. Never again Ramada.

Friendly staff, clean room, sketchy neighborhood, typical continental breakfast.

I have stayed here many times and it is always perfect! The staff are extremely helpful and nice.

Overall great. Only things, we're vending machines out of order and no free breakfast, but that wasn't a deal breaker. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Very clean.

I was originally in a handicap accessible room. The closet was just a bar in the bathroom and if I had hung my clothes up they would have been on the floor. I asked if I could switch rooms which they did for me. I got out of the shower and found a dead bug abiut 2 inches in size. I would not stay here again

It was clean and comfortable, was close to downtown , shopping center and good restaurants. The main thing for us was safety and these places was safe.

All dirty room and the air conditioner doesn't work too

Stay was ok, although they had plumbing issues. However, the situation was fixed. Free breakfast was extended. A discount was extended for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, many homeless in the area

Room was very damp/humid. 8$ breakfast buffet is lower quality than free continental breakfasts offered by budget motels.
