One of the reasons I got this hotel book because it said that the pool opens at 6 AM. I think the only reason I got it was because of that when we got there, we were told that it opens at 9 AM. This changed our plans tremendously. additionally, the pool never had any towels. There was nowhere to get any water. Nobody answered the front desk at all after me trying to call a few times.

Awful....woke up to a note sating no electricity from 6am to 8am....Management left a note underneath door with this message....when checkong in hotel, they did not disclose this information. I have court this morning and no lights to get ready....HORRIBLE CONDITIONS....and no air-conditioning so now im sweating....Managemebt needs to reimburse my money knowing these conditions....VERY BAD SITUATION!!!!! Wake up to a note....this is CRAZY!!!
