Great and Chic. Super friendly staff. Loved the pool.

Nice property and upgrades but staff is horrible. The valet staff are the exception, but housekeeping regularly ignores request. I have to call multiple times to get anything fulfilled. This is unacceptable, especially since they charge guest a daily fee.

Been staying here for a week and as a blind guy with a guide dog the entire staff from the doormen, to the front desk, and especially the bar staff has been fantastic. Would highly recommend anyone with a disability stay here for the fantastic staff to make your stay an enjoyable one. My guide dog gives the staff four paws up!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Wished I stayed longer. The rooms are large with a living space, wet bar and confortable bed.

Best hotel in LA if you wanna party day and night cause you literally have noise from the pool at night and during the day can’t get a chair by the pool but all in all that’s what I like so no complains . Just the room service used to be better quality and diversity food. I would stay again.

Unwilling to refund room after messing up booking and being unable to accommodate another room. Request for refund was submitted in a timely fashion and management was unwilling to assist.

Very poor facilities and little to offer in the rooms. Overpriced.

It was a very nice experience staying in at this hotel ,great room , very clean and the housekeeper was so adorable. The restaurant staffs needs to be pay more attention because I was waiting almost an hour to order food and drinks but no one came over so I left .

Good location, Sky Bar is nice but I was not satisfied with my stay at all, furniture is old and dirty, curtains are dirty , you don't feel like sitting on the coach or chairs, front desk clerks are very rude , if you need anything for you room it takes them for ever to bring it for you. Other than front desk other staff are polite and helpful. Old building , old elevator , no parking , be prepared for 45.00$ valet charge per night !!! no ice machine and if you need ice you have to wait forever that they bring it to room!

I last stayed at this hotel in 2002. It has been maintained in excellent condition.

Got back to room at 6pm day two of stay and room had not been cleaned. Room service NEVER showed up with ice.

You see the typical Hollywood-type crowd at the hotel lobby and Sky Bar, an experience to be had in Hollywood.

Sounds nice from the description... staff not helpful... pool is public ... so no one cares if they help you.

Spacious rooms. The restaurant is quite pricey. I wish I would have known of the every weekend pool parties they host. Tons of early 20's partiers, most were not guests of the hotel. The pool was unusable due to this. I would have liked to use it but it was full of partiers with inflatables. No where to sit. The bar & restaurant would not let me charge my room for payment. The front entrance to the hotel was also hard to access.
