This is a pet peeve of mine when I find lots of human (hopefully) hair all over bathroom floor, tub and sink. Yak. Sheets smelled like sterilized laundry and toilet and were moist (still not dry). No pencil no paper nothing. Only one tiny soap bar. $350 a night and you get absolutely nothing but very low grade room that isn’t clean. That’s a rip off and also terrible. Beds I hated because you basically fall into it. I like firm and these were ultimate soft. Then those tucked blankets make it so uncomfortable to get any rest. Front Door was squeaky and looked damaged. Turning lights was a hustle, and lot more stuff like screen door to the balcony that would it close easily and bathroom smell that was there when we got there and never left while we stayed. Yak what a rip off.
The room I had was small with tiny windows (2nd floor). The bathroom was so small, and the entrance tight, too. Not what I'd expect for what I paid.

We didn’t get the room that we reserved and also never got the champagne glass that they were supposed to serve us. The pool is really small nothing like in the pictures

We were extremely pleased with Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica. The property and location are wonderful. We were fortunate enough to be selected as "Guest of the Day" and received free breakfast, a Food & Beverage credit and late check-out option. I would highly recommend the hotel and my family will be back!
The hotel is easy to check-in. When I arrived, the staff warmly help me to park my vehicle. The room is comfortable and I get a good sleep. Thank you!
Resort fee of $30 a day is a total racket. This practice should be illegal. I paid through orbitz and then when I got to the hotel they racked I. This extra fee. I will never stay at this hotel again.
The people are above and beyond ! The valet parking was the best people ever ! The cafeteria people as well. Thanks Patrice at the reception, you gave us the best room
