Parking was very expensive per every time you left and returned. Would be nice to have a free breakfast!

They didn’t have a room with two beds as we reserved and paid for upfront so we had to spend two nights on roll away. The manager after second night told us they would reimburse the cost of two night three weeks later still waiting for the reimbursement. We were so disappointed in the way they treated us and communicated with us.

I stayed in hotel 2 nights, rooms very clean , but you can hear noise from people walking by your room, valet parking or self parking $20-25 ,pay Wi-Fi. In evening one of th night i had only cold water. Otherwise it's a good place to stay .

The room was spacious and clean. We were upgraded to a room with a view and we loved it. Two king beds is such a treat. The lobby has a Starbucks coffee machine that makes delicious coffee drinks at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet at Runway was also delicious and worth the price. Valet parking is easy and a good deal at $25. Great hotel! Thank you for the service.

Very happy with checkin/out. Our room was very comfortable. Excellent valet staff. Recommend Executive upgrade with breakfast and happy hour.

The shower drain was clogged and after having shampoo in my hair and soap on my body I realized it was not draining. Had to stop the water and leave the shower to prevent flooding the bathroom floor. Called the front desk. They sent the maintenance to unclog it. He did while I left the room to go to LAX and pick up some guests. When I returned and tried to take a shower again, the drain was still clogged. Requested a new room. They told me they won't have another room available until the next day! Not staying at Hilton again!

Hotel is beautiful but i think the parking price has to be more cheaper, i was surprised there was no microwave and the fridge needs maintenance because i needed to pull up the door when closing/opening,i stayed at room 1001.

great time but the air conditioning blows directly at right side of bed, there should be a way of diverting the air (tried moving vanes on front)

Business Business Travelers

The shower drain was clogged and after having shampoo in my hair and soap on my body I realized it was not draining. Had to stop the water and leave the shower to prevent flooding the bathroom floor. Called the front desk. They sent the maintenance to unclog it. He did while I left the room to go to LAX and pick up some guests. When I returned and tried to take a shower again, the drain was still clogged. Requested a new room. They told me they won't have another room available until the next day! Not staying at Hilton again!
