Our booking was not honored as the hotel was overbooked. We had to stay in one bed room and rolling bed with kids and the heat was not working. Terrible experience. We would like our refund.

Parking is expensive $35 Easy 10 min walk to shops, pike outlets, restaurants . Free local area shuttle. Inviting staff, clean rooms, quiet and blackout curtains for the best sleep possible. nice vibrant lobby with pool table , Jenga for kids. Didn’t use pool but looked nice and clean Good location. May not stay again due to parking fees. We parked at metered parking across the street .
