I was going on a cruise. It was extremely helpful that their shuttle went back-and-forth to the cruise port. But what would make it even better is if they went to the Long Beach airport as well. But, it will be my hotel of choice for the next cruise!

My stay was short but for the time that I was there the location was great and the staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

Nice enough rooms with views of the harbor (on my side of the hotel). A bit noisy as it is located at the entrance to a freeway and local drivers seem to enjoy roaring up the ramp.

Economical option in downtown Long Beach

I would have preferred the beach view, but other than that everything was great!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. On our first day there we found out we had to pay for parking which is around the corner from the building. The piles of trash against the hotel building should have been a red flag. Our floor had trash bags full by the elevators for days, the room had dust collected around the carpet edges as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in years and we found stains on our kids bed. You would think during Covid they’d stop spot checking and change the sheets! We were horrified and stayed with family for the remainder of our trip.

Long hike from parking and two elevators. Restaurant marginal but nice room, lots hot water and close to everything.

Friendly staff. Pool area furniture very disappointing. Cheap furniture and torn up pillows. Pool area doesn't feel like you are renting a room at Hilton. Very disappointing.
