They have an awful room. Endless hallway noise. The room was unbearably hot without any thermostat or temp control Bed wasn’t a true double or king. It was two singles shoved together Decor was all purple and worn. Furniture had scratched and heavy wear. To top it off my window view was a car park. Staff were unpleasant. No amenities or care shown or offered for a better experience.

Excellent location, short walk to Nottingham Castle & many nice pubs. Breakfast was excellent quality and I highly recommend it. I hope the staff have recovered from the American (me) constantly asking for more coffee! The showers took a bit of study to figure out, but worked fine once I puzzled it out. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it and would stay there again.
