We couldn't be happier to have finished a very busy and full of emotions day at this wonderful place. Our friends chose this as a wedding present and they were so right. The hotel facilities were great, the employees and specially Maddalena were so kind and made us feel really special. Thanks for giving as a great experience.
Quiet, eclectic, romantic, great location with above par customer service. Beautiful rooms, adjacent to water view, near trendy eateries, subway and accessible amenities with amazing wine and dining. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and welcoming!
I booked this hotel for my girlfriends birthday and was really impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The hotel was very clean, well decorated and smells really nice. The hotel rooms were nice, bed was comfortable and pillows were soft and fluffy, the room was nice and warm, there was also AC. The bathroom has a bath and walk in shower. As it was my girlfriends birthday they brought her some cake and a card which was a nice touch. The Spa Facilities were great, the spa had refreshing scents and again all the staff were friendly and helpful. I used the sauna, steam room and 3 experience shower sensations which were all great. Me & my girlfriend both had full body massages and we both fell asleep during the massage as it was so relaxing. Overall I was really impressed with my stay and 100% will be returning within the next few months.
Well recommended, location and views were excellent, we stayed for a weekend spa experience which included dinner and breakfast. Room was spotless, facilities in the room were great... fabulous bathroom. Food was great in the restaurant and the service from every single member of staff was superb. Really enjoyed it and would go back again.
Clean bed and great staff. 5 things stood out: 1. Breakfast staff kindness every morning; when they realized I could not have my breakfast, they made suggestions as I was stressed and even packed them for me. Best part was that one of the waiters ( a brown hair man) wrapped a warmed up croissant for me- it made so much difference! 2. Staff on the entrance and front desk as soon as you walk in, you are welcomed and your bag are taken away from you. 3. The calm music in the elevator. 4. Lots of cotton balls in the bathroom - always filled up to the top after used. 5. Personalized welcome note and strawberry chocolate dipped platter on my bedroom desk.
Can't recommend this hotel enough. Great staff, very comfortable and stunning views of the Thames and the O2. We were made very welcome at the start and during our stay, despite them having some well known faces staying we didn't feel at all second best (well perhaps only when we pulled up in our car and saw all the others parked outside!).
We booked here for one night after a concert at the 02. We arrived on the DLR and had some problems finding the hotel as directions on Googlemaps were thrown out by skyscrapers! The hotel itself was very comfortable and the room was de luxe though a very masculine style with lots of shiny black surfaces. Breakfast buffet delicious and luxurious choice of foods. The hotel ran a shuttle to Canary Wharf, which helped with the journey to the 02, which was then another tube stop away. Return not bad, as most others were going in a big crowd to central London. We went in the other direction, so not crowded.
We were going to see a show at the O2 . Our welcome was lovely and our room was clean and everything we needed. But when we got the shuttle to the train station the driver hardly spoke and then just told us to get out when he had parked up but if we had not ask how to get to the station we would have got lost. The food was lovely and a great choice at both breakfast and dinner. And looking over The Thames was lovely special when having dinner the Saturday night and looking at the fireworks. We would stay again but we would you a taxi and you cannot walk it at night to the O2
Stayed here after a concert in the O2. It is not as close as advertised maybe a £10/15 taxi ride but thats ok. Lovely hotel. Great staff & an easy check in. Food was very very nice. Would highly recommend.
Fabulous stay would highly recommend this hotel. This is the 2nd time we've stayed and the staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. Rooms are lovely and really comfortable beds. Will definitely return
