Me and my friend visited the spa, they have 5 treatment rooms, a relaxation suite, gym and steam room. One of the therapists Aastha was very accommodating, she showed us around and answered all our queries. Would definitely be back again!

I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service we received on the 22nd April for a conference/dinner we had for 50 people. To start with, this is a very beautiful hotel and the entire staff was very polite, friendly and professional throughout the event. The location was great, easy for everyone to get to. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful and nicely laid out. The food was excellent most especially the salad options and every single guest that attended our event enjoyed themselves. I am very glad with no regrets that we chose Radisson Canary Wharf to host our event and I will definitely be using them again for future events.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff would stay again, partner told staff it was my birthday after we went out came back to birthday card and cake thought that was so nice of them and there cocktails are amazing

My first time staying in the radissons and I must confess it was nicer and better than I expected. The staff members are friendly and helpful and the rooms are really nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was lovely as well.

Very disappointed that the hotel would not help me when I accidentally booked a non-refundable room, when the refundable rate was the same. The computer or their website was having issues and was struggling when I tried putting in my phone number and credit card info. And when the computer finally caught up, it booked the wrong rate/with restrictions. When I noticed this, I immediately called Radisson and emailed the hotel - within about an hour. The hotel would not help me, stating that I agreed to the terms and conditions. I would understand if the price was significantly less, but it was the EXACT same price for the refundable or non-refundable room. VERY disappointed that they wouldnt be more understanding in this situation.

Wish could of stayed another night. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Entertainment in bar was nice surprise. Breakfast really good, concierge very good whilst waiting to checkout car was brought around front of hotel for us, they even opened the boot. highly recommend

We stay in several hotels in both London and Amsterdam but this Radisson is our favourite so far and we will stay here again when we are London. The staff members are really helpful and always smiling which is very nice to see. Thank you for our nice and lovely stay.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious. Only downside is i am still awaiting my emailed receipt but apart from that it was a great hotel to stay at. Perfect location and travel links to get to our destination (O2 arena)

Did the online check in the night before, but when I arrived this had not been done so had to queue up for reception. Not enough staff working, surprised as this was a Saturday. Went to the bar at 3.00pm and there was no staff (waited 10mins), so decided to go through to the restaurant instead. There was a sign out saying it was closed, so had to find the concierge and ask him why it was closed. He said it was not, so I explained to him there is a sign out. He then went up to the restaurant to check and was surprised to see the sign, so became unsure himself. He went and checked and returned to say that it was open after all and removed the sign. Then we was greeted by a waitress who sat us down inside the restaurant, when we asked if we could sit out by the river view seats she said that area was fully booked. We were there for more then 2hrs and only 2 tables were used in that period! Then when we said we wanted afternoon tea she had to move us to one that had a tea menu on it. So we order 2x afternoon tea's (£24 each) when they eventually arrived 30mins later the sandwiches were stale. My wife asked me not to say anything to save embarrassment, but I was not prepared to eat them stale. So she went off for a walk why I spoke to the waitress, The waitress did not understand what I was saying so she went and got her manager who I had to explain again, he asked if he could feel one of the sandwiches to check. He then agreed they were stale and went off to sort out a replacement. My wife returned not happy with me and agreed to wait for the replacements. When they came 10mins later the bread had all been changed to white bread, not the speciality breads that were on the menu. Once again my wife did not want me to complain, but as I was unhappy that I was not told about this change I wanted to report it again. The waitress then the manager returned, my wife stormed off and he apologised again and said in his words that he would give the chef a bollocking! I said as I was soo hungry I would eat them as they are. He did not charge for them and gave us a glass of wine each. However my wife did not return and I could not contact her as she had left her phone on the table. So after 30mins of waiting for her I decided to leave, I asked the waitress if she could arrange for the pastries (As we had not eaten any of them) to be brought up to our room. She agreed and asked me 3 times what room number we were in (room 615). The pastries never came! My wife returned to the room 1hr later and we had a major argument which ruined the whole evening! This was our 20th Wedding Anniversary.

Selected as a base to support son in law in the Marathon. First class service all round with the very friendliest of staff. Everything was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Observation: wardrobes in the bathroom was unusual as was hairdryer in the corridor, but only minor points.
